梅雨も明け、いよいよ夏本番。

これだけ暑い日が続くと
お買い物に行くのも億劫になりますが、
今日は、冷蔵庫にいつも置いてある卵を使って
落とし卵のお味噌汁を作りました。

半熟に仕上げるのも意外と簡単。
そのコツもご紹介させていただきます。

■#落とし卵のお味噌汁（材料：2人分）

水　………　500㏄
昆布　………　10×15㎝　1枚
鰹節　………　30g
卵　………　2個
塩蔵わかめ　………　30g
味噌　………　大2
青ねぎ　………　適宜

＜作り方＞
① 0:28　出汁パックに入れた昆布・鰹節を水に入れ、弱火で加熱し沸騰直前に取り出す。
② 1:12　塩蔵わかめを水で戻し一口大に切る。
③ 2:55　①の出汁を再び火にかけ、温まったら味噌を溶き入れ、割った卵を器から入れる。
④ 4:33　お椀にわかめを分け入れ、③のみそ汁を注ぎ、吸い口の青ねぎを添える。
