Apply the water-flour mix on outside ring Put a spoon of the prepared stuffing into the center of the wrapper Fold the wrapper into triangles Fry it until golden brown Samosa is ready!
Samosa is triangle shaped crispy snack filled with veggies or meat and enjoyes with a hot cup of coffee as a evening snack.
This Samosa is prepared using gyoza wrapper. Using wrapper makes your samosa preparation easy because you needn’t prepare the dough. I am sure you are going to enjoy this crispy SamosaS!

Ingredients:
Minced meat: 200g
Onion: 1/2 no. finely chopped
Chopped ginger: 1tsp
Chopped garlic: 1tsp
Green chilly:1
Potato: 1 big
Gyoza wrappers:20 nos.
Oil
Salt
Water
All purpose flour: 2 Tbs
Spice
Garam masala:1 Tbs
Turmeric:1/4 tsp
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan. Saute onion with little salt.
2. Add chopped ginger, garlic, green chilly. Saute well.
3. Add garam masala and turmeric. Saute until the raw smell goes off.
4. Add the minced meat. Saute it until it is cooked. Add salt. Combine mashed potatoes.
5. Take bowl and mix water and flour until you get a glue like consistency
6. Take the gyoza wrapper
7. Paint the water-flour mix on outside ring
8. Put a spoon of the prepared stuffing into the center of the wrapper
9. Fold the wrapper into triangles
10. Fry it until golden brown
