■材料:4-6人分
◯鶏むね肉 300g
◯塩 3g
◯あらびき黒こしょう 適量
◯水 1.5L
【A】きゅうり 3本
【A】赤玉ねぎ 1/2個
【A】塩 小さじ2
〈B〉粉チーズ 12g
〈B〉すりおろしにんにく 少々
〈B〉ヨーグルト 大さじ3
〈B〉マヨネーズ 大さじ3
〈B〉レモン果汁 大さじ2
◯ミックスナッツ お好みで
◯あらびき黒こしょう 適量

■作り方
[下準備]
きゅうりと赤玉ねぎは薄切りにする。
①鶏むね肉の皮を取ってから、両面に塩とあらびき黒こしょうをふり、耐熱性の袋に空気を抜きながら入れる。
②鍋に水1.5Lと①を入れ、中火で沸騰させてから火を止め、①をひっくり返し、蓋をして7-9分おく。
③②を取り出し、冷水で冷やして粗熱を取る。
④ボウルに【A】を入れ、さっと混ぜ合わせてから5分ほどおく。水気をしっかりと絞り、別のボウルに移す。
⑤ひと口サイズにほぐした③の鶏ハムと、〈B〉を入れ、よく和える。
③器に盛り付け、砕いたミックスナッツとあらびき黒こしょうを散らす。

■Tips
☆きゅうりと赤玉ねぎの水気をしっかり絞ることで、時間が経っても味がぼやけず、美味しくいただけます。
☆ミックスナッツを加えることで、食感と香ばしさがプラスされ、より一層美味しくなります👨🍳
