Easy recipes at home Let’s start by introducing today’s ingredients. Here are the ingredients. Burdock, carrots, canned tuna, mayonnaise, ground sesame, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, grated ginger, chicken broth, and this time I will use these ingredients. First of all, it’s a burdock. The burdock will be about 150g in its current state.
Please use the grams here as a guide. This time of year, we have new burdock root, so if you have new burdock root, please try to make it with new burdock root. I recommend it because it is very tender compared to burdock that is sold all year round. And tuna.
This time, I will use boiled water. Can also use oiled ones here if you like. And then I will add grated ginger to accentuate the flavor. This will give it a delicious finish. I would like to make it right away. Easy recipes at home Now let’s make it.
First of all, I will cut the burdock first. The burdock is first washed in cold water and the skin is scraped off with the back of a knife. Be careful not to remove too much or you will lose the aroma. Now let’s take it off.
I think burdocks are also sold as washed burdocks and mud burdocks, but I recommend mud burdocks. I recommend you to choose the mud burdock because it takes a little time to wash, but it has a stronger aroma. Scrape off the skin like this.
Now, we’re going to go on to the other one, and we’re going to have to scrape off the skin in the same way. OK. Then once you do that, give this burdock a quick rinse. After rinsing, wipe off the water with kitchen paper. Now I will cut it.
The tip is a little dry, so cut it off once. It is OK to just cut off a thin piece. Then I will cut this one into diagonal thin slices. I think it would be best if you cut it roughly 5mm wide. Please be careful not to injure your hand at this time.
OK. When you have cut the burdock like this, please take only the bundles that are easy to cut and spread the burdock out and cut it into small pieces this time. Try to cut this one roughly 5 mm wide as well. Cut this about this fine.
And as for the cut burdock, put the burdock in a bowl of water and put the burdock in this bowl. Then I put about a teaspoon of vinegar in this water. This will prevent discoloration of the burdock.
If you are going to cook it, I don’t think the color will bother you so much, but if you are going to make salads like this, try soaking it in vinegar water to remove the scum. Now I will cut the rest in the same way. OK. I just finished cutting half of it.
Soak them in vinegar water as soon as you are done cutting them. Then cut the other half of the fish in the same way, cutting it into small pieces. Finished cutting all of them. Now let it soak in vinegar water for about 5 minutes. Now I will cut the carrots.
Peel the carrots first. And the carrots should first be sliced about 5 mm wide. Again, be careful not to injure your hands. OK. Then I will do the same here, cutting it vertically into small pieces. Cut this one into thin strips about 5mm wide. This is ok for carrots.
Now, this burdock is also 5 minutes old, so I’m going to drain it in a colander. And drain off the water as it is. You don’t have to rinse the water. Soaking in vinegar water will keep it white like this. So now I would like to boil the burdock and carrot here.
Easy recipes at home Now let’s boil it. Fill the pot with plenty of water. Then put it on the fire and bring it to a boil. Water is now boiling. When the water boils, add salt here. Then add the burdock root. After adding burdock root, bring it back to a boil again.
Continue to boil first for 2 minutes after adding the burdock. The boiling time is not 2 minutes after the water comes to a boil, but 2 minutes after the burdock is added. I just boiled for 2 minutes. Then please put the carrots in here.
And then put the carrots in and boil them for another minute. This 1 minute is also not 1 minute after boiling, but 1 minute after adding the carrots. One minute has passed. Then turn off the heat and drain the water. Drain the water and put it in a colander like this.
Then spread the burdock and carrots. Then drain off the water and remove from the heat. Now, while you are taking off the heat, make the goma mayo dressing. First, mayonnaise in a bowl. Then add ground sesame seeds. Then add sugar, soy sauce, grated ginger, and chicken broth. Mix this well.
Mix this thoroughly until the crunchiness of the sugar is gone. OK. Mix the dressing in advance like this. Next is the tuna. Tuna is now boiled in water, so it has a little bit of water in it. Please make sure to squeeze out the water like this. Easy recipes at home
Burdock and carrots have cooled off from the heat. Be sure to cool thoroughly before combining with the dressing. Be careful not to add the mayonnaise while it is still hot, as the mayonnaise may separate. Then wipe off the water with kitchen paper one last time.
If there is a little water left here, it will become watery. OK. It looks like this. Now let’s match them up. Now I will add the burdock and carrots to the goma mayo dressing that we just made. Then add the tuna as well. Once the tuna is added, mix the whole mixture well.

First of all, regarding the burdock, first of all, you have to remove the skin. The skin should not be removed too neatly, or the aroma will be lost. And then after that, cut the burdock diagonally into thin slices. The width should be roughly 5 mm, which is about right.
Then put them together vertically and cut them into thin strips, again 5mm wide. Then cut the carrots in the same way, roughly 5 mm wide and in thin strips. This will give the finished product a better balance and make it even more balanced when eaten.
And the burdocks, when you are done cutting them, soak them in vinegar water. This will prevent discoloration. I don’t think you have to worry about the color of stir-fry or colored foods, but if you are making salads like this, I would suggest soaking them in vinegar water.
And when you boil it, please boil burdock for 3 minutes and carrot for 1 minute. So start boiling the burdock first and add the carrots 1 minute before the burdock is done boiling. After that, drain the water, spread the burdock and carrots throughout the colander, remove from heat thoroughly, and let cool.
The mayonnaise may separate if the burdock and carrots are still warm because it will be combined with mayonnaise afterwards. So be sure to let it cool before combining. And I used tuna boiled in water this time. This one can be cooked in oil if you like.

こんばんは〜😊よくスーパーで見かけるゴボウサラダですが、先生が作るゴボウサラダはツナ入りなので味がワンランクアップしているような美味しそうなサラダですね😊今まで何故作らなかったんだろうと思いましたが作ってみたいと思います😊4.5人と言う事ですが、一度に食べない場合は冷蔵庫でどのくらい持ちますか?早めに食べるつもりですが😄

ツナは入れたことないので、新バージョンとして作ってみます

きのう作ったコッペパンに挟んで、まだお昼にはちょっと早かったけど、待ちきれずにいただいてしまいました。フワフワのパンにシャキシャキのごぼうのサラダが面白い食感で良く合います。こういうのはパン屋にはないなぁ、なんて自己満足。
美味しかったです。いい昼食でした。
美味しくできました。この切り方だと短時間で出来ますね。茹で時間の説明(2分というのは沸騰してからではなく………)がとっても分かりやすくて有り難かったです。
作ってみました。私的には美味しかったのですが祖母には少し塩味が強かったようです。市販の甘味が強めなモノを食べ慣れてるからかと思われます。
作ってみました‼︎パンに挟んでも美味しいし、お弁当の隙間に丁度良いです。
