料理が飛躍的に上手になる、誰も教えてくれないマル秘テクニックや、すぐできるレシピなどを紹介します。
(時々、料理家だった祖母のコスプレとかもします。)
いつかは食べ歩きとか、いろいろな企画もやりたいと思っています。

現在は、撮影から編集までほぼ手作りです！
