好きなものを食べつつバランスをとる最近の食生活VLOG【一人暮らしの日常】
[Hello!] [It’s the period when the coldness is fierce both day and night, how are you doing?] [Recently, I often had the chance to eat out] [so I’m having days where I try and eat healthy] [when I’m having dinner at home. Haha] [The dinner for that evening was pork stew and natto.] [It’s really cold in the evening] [so I often cook food with soup to warm up my body.] [Ingredients used – pork, mushrooms (dried shiitake and matsutake), frozen scallop, frozen Cheongyang chili pepper, tofu / condiments used – minced garlic, chicken soup, chili powder, soy sauce, sand lance fish sauce, mirin / use everything according to your preference.] [Don’t you get warm while making soup?] [Especially when you’re making some spicy soup!] [I got warm, so I was wearing a short sleeve shirt this day. Haha] [Of course, you feel warm while having a meal] [but it already gets cold in about 10 minutes after you finish] [so I’ve repeated the process of quickly putting on a cardigan a few times in the last week…] [Alright, dinner’s ready!] [Thank you for the meal.] [The pork stew I made this day was tastier than usual] [The reason is] [I used Iberico pork!] [It was on the thank-you gift catalog] [so I tried ordering it, as I had never had it before] [and I was so surprised because the oil was totally different from the pork I usually had.] [It’s tender, as it has melted nicely!] [And it wasn’t tough at all!] [I loved it so much] [I looked up online and bought more. Haha] [Having natto for the first time in a while] [What do you like to eat with natto?] [I like having it with crispy laver or spicy stew!] [It’s best when I first eat with] [by wrapping it with laver, and sprinkling the soup of the stew] [on the natto rice at the end.] [But it makes me eat a lot of rice with ease] [so, depending on the day, I try and restrain myself. Haha] [Next day] [Good morning.] [I finally got around to using a heater, and have become free from the morning coldness.] [I consume the vitamin mineral and have breakfast.] [Breakfast for that day was the leftover stew and the rice ball I had made before.] [The time I spend eating while watching a video may be the most comfortable time.] [The capsules I ordered have arrived.] [Just like the previous time, it’s an intense set.] [The 3 o’clock snack is carrot cake] [I like the carrot cake from the City Bakery, so I bought it again.] [The sponge part is dewy and fluffy, so I love the texture.] [And this white part on top is delicious, too.] [I like that they ice it thickly on top!] [Let’s make dinner.] [First, the side dish I will make and store.] [Thinly slice the lotus root and roast it until it turns golden brown] [and season it with chicken soup and soy sauce.] [Sprinkle some green laver powder, and you’re done.] [It tastes like laver-flavored potato chips so it’s really nice. Haha] [Next, I’ll make a mushroom dish to go on top of the salmon.] [Add shiro dashi and cooking wine in boiling water] [Mushroom] [Citron peel] [Set the density with starch water and you’re done] [Sprinkle salt and starch on salmon] [and roast on a pan until the skin becomes crispy.] [Plating time] [Place the mushroom] [on top of the salmon.] [I forgot to add stone parsley in the mushroom… (placing it on top later on)] [Seaweed egg soup] [Lotus root with laver powder] [Rice] [Dinner’s ready!] [Thank you for the food.] [What does salmon with mushroom taste like?] [It’s good..!!] [And the crispy skin] [I can’t bear it.] [Up to a year ago, I didn’t eat the skin] [but once I opened my eyes to the taste of the crispy skin, I came to prefer it over the meat. Haha] [Salmon with mushroom on it] [was something I enjoyed so much at a home-cooked meal place] [so I tried making it as I wanted to reproduce the flavor.] [I ended up creating an entirely different dish. Haha] [The citron scent or the stone parsley are easy to tell, so I can imitate those] [but the stock and the seasoning that serve as the base are certainly different…] [But I’m happy as this is good in its own way.] [I’ve enjoyed my meal!] [Next day] [I stayed out the whole time on this day.] [While I was out, I headed to viron for the first time in a while!] [I can’t wait to eat.] [Next morning] [I’m going to remake the bread I bought at viron!] [I’ll first take out the chocolate since it would melt] [and I cover the bread that are prone to being burnt with foil.] [Making cafe latte while baking.] [Let’s not forget to return the chocolate] [Thank you for the food!] [First, the baguette chocolate] [I wanted to try this one.] [Beware of the sound of bread a few seconds later!] [Their baguette] [is so crispy, you’d scrape the inside of your mouth] [if you aren’t careful.] [That’s what makes it so good…] [The combination of bread with great texture and tablet chocolate, it’s the best.] [I’ll try and imitate them!] [On that day, the skin on my upper jaw had been peeled off due to a burn] [so it was really dangerous while eating.] [But it was so good, I ended up thinking that whatever will be, will be. Haha] [Followed by praliné.] [This has a different kind of crispiness from earlier!] [There’s something like almond paste inside] [so, overall, it’s very nutty and nice.] [I’ve also tried croissant and pain au chocolat from viron.] [They were both nice] [but my favorite is the baguette chocolat I had this time!] [Anyway, the texture of the baguette was incredible!] [I think the ang-butter would be nice, too.] [(I got hooked up on eating it with the foam.)] [Let’s make dinner.] [I’m going to make pasta using the squid I had put in the freezer.] [I ran out of noodles, so I’ll use Goto udon.] [I’ll season it simply with garlic powder and butter.] [It almost looks like pasta. Haha] [Plating time] [Laver] [Lotus root with laver powder] [and leftover mushroom (a sub ingredient, but it was nice on its own, too!)] [Thank you for the food!] [Goto udon is nice as expected…] [It goes well with any flavor.] [By the way, my mom watched my video and got curious about Goto udon] [so she bought it and tried it.] [She said she bought more because it was so nice. Haha] [I’m also planning on buying more once I finish the one I have now!] [It’s become one of the ingredients I want to always stock up on.] [Next day] [Good morning.] [Recently, there was a Kyushu fair at the supermarket] [and they were selling pepper rice cake, so I got curious and bought it.] [They say pepper rice cake is a local food of Taiwan] [so I’ll have it with Taiwanese tea!] [Thank you for the pepper rice cake!] [Hmm…] [It’s cold inside, so I’ll heat it once more.] [It tastes like meat dumpling with a very strong scent of pepper, it’s nice.] [The wrapper is firmer and milder than the meat dumpling.] [The sesame seeds sprinkled abundantly are savory and nice.] [I had bought it once at a night market when I took a trip to Taiwan back in time.] [It’s quite different from what I had back then!] [Next, this is a shrimp toast I also bought at the Kyushu fair.] [This is what the packaging looks like.] [Thank you for the food.] [It was a type of sandwich I really, really, really like…] [It’s a fried sandwich with shrimp meat in between the bread that’s been coated with bread powder.] [It’s tasty, and I loved the crispy texture more than anything else!] [The shrimp meat inside feels like chewy kamaboko, so the difference in texture] [with the bread was interesting and pleasant. Haha] [But when I looked up online to buy it] [it was three times the price I had paid for it… Why is that?] [I guess I have no choice but to look for it when there’s another specialty fair.] [Or I’ll have to buy it in bulk when I visit Nagasaki… Haha] [If you find it, make sure you try it!] [I used what I had in the fridge to make dinner that day!] [First, I’ve always got eggs, so I made egg roll] [and then the side dish I had made and natto. I make soup with tofu and stone parsley and yuzuki.] [Thank you for the food!] [Just by adding stone parsley in stock, you can create really delicious soup.] [I like to eat a lot of varied things] [but I also love this simple kind of thing.] [I have an even simpler meal when I’m not filming. (Like stock and rice)] [Oh! And I get a lot of questions about what I mix in my rice.] [It’s multigrain rice!] [These days, I bought 30-grain rice and am mixing it in.] [Some people dislike multigrain rice, but I like the savory flavor. [And I also like the chewy texture.] [Next day] [It’s cold, so I was craving some warm gratin] [I have no macaroni, so I’m going to make potato gratin.] [I’ll also add scallop and matsutake mushroom.] [I have no energy to make white sauce, so I’ll use a readymade one…] [Add lots of cheese] [and bake it.] [It’s been baked nicely!] [Don’t forget the parsley.] [Thank you for the food!] [It was so hot, I almost got burned again… Haha] [It’s good, but I couldn’t eat because it was hot.] [But at least my body’s been warmed up!] [It’s really cold day and night these days, so you should eat a lot of warm food, too!] [I’ll wrap up this video here.] [See you in the next video!] [Thank you for watching.]

塩バターパンとクレセントを焼き立てで食べたのですが、ほんっっとうに美味しかったです…🤤
