I would like to top the sushi tub with this today. Once it is all mixed in, we will add the white sesame seeds here. Then mix. This is ok. Cover this with kitchen paper and let cool. Easy recipes at home Now let’s continue to make omelette. Here are the ingredients.
Eggs, sugar, mirin, soy sauce, water, and salad oil for baking. We will make a simple and slightly sweet omelet with these ingredients. I’m going to use light soy sauce. If you don’t have this one, you can use dark soy sauce. Light shoyu gives the eggs a more vivid color.

Put over heat. Continue to heat the pan once for 30 seconds. Once 30 seconds have passed, juke the egg mixture. If the eggs set properly at that time, it is OK. Then pour in the egg mixture. Spread it all over. Move it like this until the egg liquid on the surface stops flowing.
When the surface is semi-cooked like this, roll it from the front to the back. It is ok if the first one is messy. Rolling like this. It’s okay to roll over like this. Like this. Then I move the pan away from the fire and coat it with salad oil.
If you leave the pan on the fire all the time, the pan will get hotter and hotter, so you only leave it away from the fire when you apply the oil. Then let’s put the egg mixture in. Spread it out and now pour the egg mixture under the eggs as well.
After the surface has hardened like this, roll it from the back to the front. It looks like this. Then I move it to the back and again apply salad oil to this empty space. Repeat this until the egg mixture is gone. OK. Finished winding like this.
Then I turn off the heat and shape it with the corners for the last bit. The omelet is now complete. The omelet is first wrapped in kitchen paper. Shape the egg rolls a little, wrap them in kitchen paper, remove from heat, and let cool.
This way, the shape will not be lost and the surface will be soft and moist without drying out. Now let cool. Now that the omelet has cooled down, I will cut it. Let’s cut it so that it is roughly 1 cm square. Cut lengthwise into 3 equal pieces.
