Hello! Just one question. I dont need to measure how much water going into the rice, i just need to check the water level. If the water level is above the rice like 2-3 cm, than its always the right amont of water on the rice. It could be a 1000 litre pot or a small cup, if the water level over the rice 2-3 cm than its always the right amount of water? Thanks for answer. Good video! Respect!!

What I noticed the most is how clean the chef’s clothes are. You can tell these are professional chef’s. The amount of work they do before opening their restaurant is amazing. So much to do before they open.
