  2. I've watched so many of these Japanese restaurant preparations and the one thing I always look out for are the different soup bowls. So many nice designs1 Some are simple, others have a very distinct style!

  3. 16:22 with the machine they pressing the rice like chinese do in occident japanese restaurant… hate this shit…. leave some air in the fuckin rice….. otherwise its gonna be hard and not tasty to eat….

  4. Hello! Just one question. I dont need to measure how much water going into the rice, i just need to check the water level. If the water level is above the rice like 2-3 cm, than its always the right amont of water on the rice. It could be a 1000 litre pot or a small cup, if the water level over the rice 2-3 cm than its always the right amount of water? Thanks for answer. Good video! Respect!!

  5. Man all of your tumbnail are pretty unappetizing. I long ago work at a Japanese restaurant and food is about presentation you eat with your eye my chef use to say.

  6. What I noticed the most is how clean the chef’s clothes are. You can tell these are professional chef’s. The amount of work they do before opening their restaurant is amazing. So much to do before they open.
