    Dhaba Style Matar Mushroom – Rustic, Spicy & Irresistible!

    Nothing beats the bold flavors of a roadside dhaba! This Matar Mushroom is packed with earthy spices, a rich onion-tomato gravy, and that unmistakable smoky aroma. Perfect with tandoori roti or jeera rice!

    ✨ Ingredients:
    • 200g mushrooms (sliced)
    • ½ cup green peas
    • 2 onions (finely chopped)
    • 2 tomatoes (pureed)
    • 1 tbsp garlic chopped
    • 2 green chilies chopped
    • 1 tsp cumin seeds
    • 1 tsp garam masala
    • 1 tsp red chili powder
    • 1 tsp coriander powder
    • Salt to taste
    • Fresh coriander for garnish
    • 2 tbsp mustard oil

    🔥 Recipe:
    1️⃣ Heat mustard oil, add cumin seeds, onions, and sauté till golden brown.
    2️⃣ Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and cook till raw smell fades.
    3️⃣ Mix in tomato puree & spices, cook till oil separates.
    4️⃣ Add mushrooms, peas, and mix well. Cover & cook for 8-10 mins.
    5️⃣ Add garam masala, and simmer for 2 mins.
    6️⃣ Garnish with fresh coriander and cream and serve hot!
