Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a pan, add 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic and stir well. 2. Add 2 teaspoons all purpose flour and cook for 1 minute. 3. Add 80 grams onions and cook for 2 minutes. 4. Add 2 green chili, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1/4 teaspoon salt and stir well. 5. Add 140 grams fresh cream, 1 1/2 tablespoons schezwan chutney and cook for 2 – 3 minutes. 6. Add 200 grams cooked mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes. 7. Add 1 tablespoon coriander and cook for 1 minute. Remove it from heat. 8. Garnish with coriander. 9. Serve hot.
