    Servings – 2

    INGREDIENTS
    Butter – 2 tablespoons
    Garlic – 1 1/2 tablespoons
    All purpose flour – 2 teaspoons
    Onions – 80 grams
    Green chili – 2
    Oregano – 1/2 teaspoon
    Chilli flakes – 1/2 teaspoon
    Salt – 1/4 teaspoon
    Fresh cream – 140 grams
    Schezwan chutney – 1 1/2 tablespoons
    Coriander – 1 tablespoon
    Coriander – for garnishing

    PREPARATION
    1. Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a pan, add 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic and stir well.
    2. Add 2 teaspoons all purpose flour and cook for 1 minute.
    3. Add 80 grams onions and cook for 2 minutes.
    4. Add 2 green chili, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1/4 teaspoon salt and stir well.
    5. Add 140 grams fresh cream, 1 1/2 tablespoons schezwan chutney and cook for 2 – 3 minutes.
    6. Add 200 grams cooked mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes.
    7. Add 1 tablespoon coriander and cook for 1 minute. Remove it from heat.
    8. Garnish with coriander.
    9. Serve hot.
