【おせち2022】大丸・松坂屋厳選＜鹿鳴＞京都 祇園末友監修 Traditional food Japan Osechi 2022 Daimaru Matsuzakaya Carefully

今年も大丸松坂屋のおせちを購入したので動画にアップロードしてみました。
去年のおせちも大丸松坂屋のおせちを購入しました。
去年は料理家の大原千鶴さん監修のおせちでとてもおいしく気に入りました。

ですので今年のおせちも美味しいものを食べれそうだということで期待しています。

去年に引き続き今回も3段のタイプのおせちを購入です。
和洋それぞれ入っているので、色々な食材が食べられるのが良いところです。
和食のみのおせちだと海鮮の食材が多いので少し匂いが気になったりするものもあります。
お肉が入っていることで、ご飯との相性も良いですし日本酒やビールのみではなくワインも一緒に飲めるのが良いところです。

今回のおせちは、いくつか食べてみましたがどれも美味しいものばかりでした。
特に甘いものマンゴーのムースを使ったものであったり、若桃の甘露煮などが特に気に入りました。
栗きんとんもう少し爽やかな風味がありものすごく美味しかったのが印象的。

その他回線などの食材もしっかり入っていて、日本酒を飲む時にいいおつまみになりとても良かったです。

西京漬けが入っているのも最近気に入っています。

毎年違うおせちを注文することで少しずつ違う雰囲気を味わえるので、来年も違うものを注文してみようかなと思っています。

やはり日本の新年の始まりはおせちを食べて始まるのがいいでしょう

Last year, I loved it because it was supervised by the chef Chizuru Ohara.

Therefore, I am expecting that this year’s New Year dishes will be delicious.

Continuing from last year, I bought a 3-tier type of New Year dishes this time as well.
It contains Japanese and Western ingredients, so it’s good to be able to eat various ingredients.
Osechi made only with Japanese food has a lot of seafood ingredients, so you may be a little worried about the smell.
Since it contains meat, it goes well with rice, and it is good to be able to drink not only sake and beer but also wine.

I tried some osechi this time, but they were all delicious.
I especially liked the sweet mango mousse and the Kanro-ni of young peaches.
Kuri-kinton had a slightly more refreshing flavor and was extremely delicious.

Other ingredients such as lines were also included, and it was a good snack when drinking sake, which was very good.

I also like the fact that it contains Saikyo pickles recently.

By ordering different New Year dishes every year, you can enjoy a slightly different atmosphere, so I’m thinking of ordering different ones next year.

After all, the beginning of the Japanese New Year should be started by eating New Year dishes.
