🍆Round eggplants bought at a local produce/local produce store. It’s not really a recipe, but I cooked it with Komoro’s double miso, mirin, soy sauce, and Okinawan sugar, and it turned out to be an incredibly delicious eggplant dengaku.
To be honest, it was better than the eggplant dengaku I’ve had at any famous restaurant I’ve ever eaten at.

🍆地産地消・農産物直売所で買った丸茄子。レシピというほどもなく、小諸産の麹２倍味噌＋みりん＋醤油＋沖縄砂糖などで調理したら信じられないくらい美味しいナス田楽になりました。
調理方法は超カンタンでこの動画を見れば一目瞭然です。
はっきり言ってこれまで食べたどんな名店のなす田楽より美味かった。
