⬇️⬇️ RECIPE INGREDIENTS ⬇️⬇️
• 1 Italian Sub Roll
• 8 Slices of Pork Loin
• ¾ Cup of Mozzarella Cheese – Grated
• ¾ Cup of Cheddar Cheese – Grated
• ¼ Green Bell Pepper
• ¼ Red Bell Pepper
• ¼ Onion
• Salt to Taste
• Black Pepper to Taste
• Garlic Powder to Taste
• Onion Powder to Taste
• Smoked Paprika to Taste
• Parsley Flakes to Taste
• Oil for the Pan

👉Cooking Instructions:
• In an oiled non-stick skillet over medium heat, add the sliced pork and quickly fry and season the pork until done to your liking. When done, remove the pork from the pan and put it aside for now. Next, in the same pan over medium-high heat, add more oil if needed and add all the vegetables and stir-fry until the onions have become translucent, then move everything to one side of the pan and add half of the sliced pork back in, add mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top of the pork, then add the rest of the pork on top of that and more cheese, then add the peppers and onions on top with the remainder of the cheese, season to taste, cover with a lid, and melt the cheese. When the cheese has melted, remove the lid and slide everything out of the pan on top of the lightly toasted Italian sub roll, and serve with your favorite beverage.
