【ポルサンボル】スパイスカレーの付け合わせの定番!ココナッツサンボルの作り方!

The bonito flakes are made from dried bonito flakes and tuna that is originally made in Maldives, but it is hard to get in Japan and it looks like bonito flakes, so I substitute it . The taste of the fish gives it a nice taste. The fine bonito flakes tend to harden, so it’s easy to mix them well if you mix the whole with just the dry matter before adding the lemon juice . However, if you want to give it a texture, you can also cut it into large pieces. Add the onions and mix again. If you like, add a little bit of bonito flakes or add more chili peppers to make it spicy and enjoy the arrangement. It can be said that it is completed with, but I will introduce it because you can enjoy more variations by mixing it with finely chopped vegetables etc. You can use any kind of green vegetables. If you chop the vegetables into short pieces, wash them once and drain them well. After that, add the porsanbol and mix them well . If you like, add a little lemon juice and season it. The bonito flakes are easy to dehydrate because they contain salt, so it is recommended to eat them as soon as possible before they become bonito flakes .
