意外と簡単いなり寿司ってこんな作り方?
Hey guys! Today we’re going to make duck leek soba and
inari sushi Let’s get started! First, I’ll make seasoned deep-fried tofu I’ll be in charge of inari sushi We’ll season them with soy sauce and mirin and stuff rice inside Do we need to pour hot water to remove excess oil? We should but it’s okay Can you cut the tofu diagonally? First I’ll add some soy sauce Then some mirin It tends to work when the ratio of soy sauce to mirin is 1:1 I’ll also add some sake Next I’ll add sugar Around 3 tbsp You’re adding that already? We’ll simmer this for a while I’ll cook the tofu I was surprised when I saw the recipe for inari sushi I didn’t know you season the tofu before use Seasoned tofu has many uses don’t they? Yeah you can use it for kitsune udon Ooh I’m going to use this as a topping for our soba This is smoked duck meat Wow this looks good It must be good as is I think I overcooked the tofu So I’m going to add some water I’ll leave this for a bit The rice is ready now Can you make sushi rice (rice with vinegar)? Muneo-shi told me this, I’m supposed to squeeze out the liquid right? Yeah, ideally you should leave it to cool Yeah that’s fine I’m going to use this for the soba too~ I’m going to make the soup for the soba Apparently I’m supposed to use mentsuyu first Oh you’re not adding water? After the mentsuyu boil, I add duck and leek And dunk some soba and eat I see I’ll add the leeks (green onion) And smoked duck Now I’ll boil soba Wow the duck smells so nice I want to eat it as is Let’s do that Do you want to have a bite, Muneo-shi?

Some regions do that Others stuff a bit and fold the edges Ooh it’s inari sushi! I’ll cool the noodles It’s hot That looks good Let’s eat We’re finished! At first the tofu looked too dark and I thought I failed But after I squeezed them, they became normal tofu It’s good! It’s inari sushi! It’s great! It’s good I’ll have duck leek soba I dip the noodles like this It’s sooo good! I didn’t know simmered mentsuyu is this good Muneo-kun, have a bite, it’s really good It tastes like the one in soba shops It’s good right? I’m not going to give you mine anymore This is good I only used mentsuyu for the soup! 油あげは油抜きした方が味が薄くても染み込みやすくなりますよ!酢飯もすり胡麻混ぜると香ばしくて美味しくできます。試して見てください😉👍
自分のいる所では、いなり寿司に紅しょうがが入っいます
青森では紅しょうがを入れた酢飯で、あまーく煮た油揚げでおいなりさん作る地方もあります。
ご飯というより、おやつみたいに食べるとか。

コンビニでおにぎり選ぶ時まずは五目いなり選んじゃう
油揚げは煮た後、余り絞らずに寿司飯を入れた方が
ご飯にタレがしみて好きです♪
