ウクライナボルシチ/Cooking Borscht with Japanese/Готовим борщ с японцем

Hello Everyone I’m Sasha I’m Jessica I’m Ota Today we gonna cook national famous Ukrainian cuisine ,Borscht. These are ingredients It’s potato Onion cabbage beet Meat Bay leaf Carrot Tomato sauce Sour cream At the first , poring water into the hotpot Heating up the water with Meat Let’s peel the vegetables Start Cutting the vegetables Carrot , cut to be thin and short sticks Betts, cut to be thin and stick as well Beet is very important for Borscht no Beet, not Borscht mince onion cut Potatoes into bite size pieces cut cabbage into slices around after 30 min, take meet from boiling water add the slices cabbeges into the hotpot stir fly the vegetables with salad oil 1, onion while stirring fly the onion , add the potatoes into the hotpot when onion looks nice, , add beets and carrots into the flypan and stir fly it together cut the boiled meat into bit sized piece after the vegetables stir fled , add the tomato sauce and salt mix it well add the cut meat into the hotpot add salt to hotpot to enhance the flavor finally , add the stir flied vegetables into the hotpot Wow !!! it’s RED!! WOW!! It’s like blood soup !!! In the end, add the mysterious leaves,Bay leaf. add pepper to enhance the flavor dish up and sprinkle Basil Let’s eat it!!! Itadakimasu It’s so tasty you can put sour cream, smetana, as you like this is it! you should do like this oh really? mix sour cream with soup do you like it? yup, it’s so good. I think Japanese like Borscht taste honestly, before when I came to Ukraine , I thought Borscht is a kind of tomato soup I thought Borscht red color from Tomato actually , It wasn’t from tomato . it’s from Beets Beet it’s a vegetable like red turnip there is no tomato in Borscht , only tomato sauce . OK. That’s it. Thank you.
