【キャベツレシピ】揚げ物だけどちょっとヘルシー♪旬のキャベツと豚ひき肉のメンチカツ 【節約にも】
This time, fried but slightly healthier mince cutlets. Make cabbage menchis with seasonal cabbage and minced pork. Use cabbage on the sides and make a cabbage-filled dinner today. Affordable all year round, cabbage is a strong ally of household budgets. Cabbage is in season three times a year: winter cabbage from November to March; spring cabbage from April to June; Summer cabbages are available from July to October. Summer cabbage leaves are thick but tender, sweet and tasty both raw and cooked. Nutrients in cabbage include vitamin C vitamin k, calcium and dietary fibre. Vitamin U, which helps the stomach, is a vitamin found in cabbage, so it is called ‘cabbagein’. Water-soluble nutrients such as vitamin C, folic acid and cabbagein are lost when boiled or exposed to water, so make miso soup to eat with the liquid, and a sesame mayo salad with cabbage and crabstick, to taste raw. Once the water is boiling, add the dashi stock. The cabbage’s partner is the onion, which is sweet and tasty when cooked. Cook until tender and miso is added. The next dish to be made is a sesame mayo salad with cabbage and crabstick. Add ½ teaspoon salt, rub gently and leave for 5 minutes. Drain thoroughly and add 1 tbsp mayonnaise,1/2 tbsp men-tsuyu, 1/2 tbsp white ground sesame seeds and 1/2 tsp sugar. Add the crab and stir to combine. Finally, the main dish, mince cutlets. Sprinkle salt on this one too, rub it in and leave it for 10 minutes. When it comes to minced meat for cutlets, I’d prefer to use juicy ground beef, but today I’m going to go for healthy minced pork. In a bowl, add the minced meat, well-drained cabbage, salt, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and curry powder. Once the soy sauce, pepper and nutmeg have also been added, rub in thoroughly. Add cheese at the end and today it’s cheese-in-curry mench cutlets. Once roundly shaped, this is an important step in the process. Gently dip the mince cutlets in the batter, as they are soft and crumble easily. Finally, they are fried in oil at 180°c. The oil is just about ready when you insert the chopsticks and bubbles start to bubble up. Fry until brown on both sides, about 5 minutes. Once fried, place on a cooking tray and leave to cool for 3-4 minutes. In this way, the residual heat cooks the meat through to the inside. Arrange them on a plate and dinner is complete. またしても、久々の投稿となってしまいました…。
実は先日まで、我が子の入院に付き添いをしておりました。
先日ちょっと話題になった “付き添い入院”ですが、これまたなかなかハードな環境で…我が子の風邪をもらったり、乳腺炎になったりしながらも、何とか無事入院生活を終える事ができました。
大変なのはもちろん当の患者である子ども達なのですが、限られたリソースの中で、専属ナースのごとく立ち回るパパとママ達みんなに、毎日お疲れ様!と言いたくなる日々でした。
ちなみに、我が子は元気すぎるくらい元気なので、ご心配なく!
さて、久々のビデオのテーマは、キャベツ🥬
一年中手頃な価格で買える、まさしく【家計の味方】なキャベツを使って、3品作りました。
今晩は、キャベツ尽くしのディナーなんていかがでしょうか?
★キャベツメンチの材料
・キャベツ 160g
・塩 小さじ1/2
A
・挽き肉 150g
・溶き卵 1個分
・パン粉 大さじ4
・ケチャップ 大さじ1/2
・ウスターソース 大さじ1/2
・カレー粉・醤油 各小さじ1
・胡椒・ナツメグ 適量
★作り方
1.キャベツはみじん切りにして、塩揉みして10分ほど置き、水気を絞る。
2.ボウルに(1)と合い挽き肉、A 溶き卵1個分、パン粉大さじ4、牛乳大さじ1、ケチャップ・ウスターソース各大さじ1/2、カレー粉・醤油各小さじ1、塩胡椒・ナツメグ適量を加えてよく揉み込む。
3.チーズをのせて包み、成形する。
4.小麦粉、溶き卵、パン粉の順に衣付けする。
5.揚げ油を180℃に熱し、(3)を加え5〜6分揚げる。
6.(1)をバットに取り出し、3分ほど置き、余熱で中まで火を通したら完成!
