This dish is very delicious, and can be served as an appetizer. We’ll cut the salmon very finely. Fish, cheese, chorizo ​​and others taste very well smoked. From what I heard, you can build brick or cardboard smokers very easily. I want to build one sometime. Next, the important thing is to decide which wood to use for smoking. Each wood has a different smell, so we must get the one we want. If you have suggestions, let me know too! Next, we cut the onion. We’ll also cut it very finely. We’ll put the onion and salmon in a salad bowl, we’ll put a pinch of salt, vinegar, and olive oil to taste. We’ll stir them well. Lastly, we’ll add pepper. スモークサーモン、燻された香りが香ばしくそのままおつまみで食べても美味しいですね。
そこに少しスライスした玉ねぎを加えるだけでサラダの一品出来上がり。
オリーブオイルはエキストラバージンの中でも癖の少ないものを使いました。
ちなみに外した皮も捨てずに炙って食べました。
