明けましておめでとうございます。
お正月はいかがでしたか?年明け前に動画を一本出そうと、撮影までは済ませてたのですが、実家で作業できず断念(満喫してしまいました。笑)。なので久しぶりの投稿になります。
年明けからは、腸活や食養生をより一層みなさんに広め、健康で豊かな生活を送っていただきたいと思い、更新頻度を上げることにしました。週に2回程度更新予定です。

【今回の動画に関して】
今年はごちそうをたくさんいただいて、「便秘気味です」「肌が荒れています」「お腹が空かない」「眠たい」「完全に太った…」など、ちょっとした不調を抱えている方、たくさんいらっしゃると思います。
そんな方は、胃腸を休めるためにも、七草粥をいただいてくださいね。とはいえ、私も腸の勉強をし始めてから、人生で初めて七草粥を食べました。笑
勝手な偏見で、雑草×お粥って…控えめに言ってまずそう…。と思っていたのですが、玄米で炊いたため歯ごたえが残っていたのと、七草たちを塩ゆでしておいたので、意外や意外!おいしくいただきました!
日本では七草粥セットが売られていることが多いと思いますが、地域によっては無いのかな?

【七草粥を食べる意味】
1年間を無病息災で過ごせるとされています。お正月の暴飲暴食で疲れた胃腸を労り、冬に不足しがちなビタミンも補える、理にかなったお粥です。
古代中国では、7日を人の日とし、この日に7種類の若草を入れて、無病息災を願う習慣があり、奈良時代の日本に伝わったそうです。
