    Ingredients
    * 3 eggs
    * 100g steamed broccoli florets, cut into
    smaller pieces
    150g potatoes, cut into small cubes (1cm) and steamed
    โ€ข Pinch of salt (optional)

    Method
    1. Preheat your oven to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF).
    2. Add all the ingredients to a light greased baking dish (I used a 20cm x 20cm dish).
    3. Beat the eggs and mix everything together.
    4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden. Buon appetito!
