For hot bread pudding, use less sugar, and for cold bread pudding, use more sugar. Add 180 ㎖ of milk and mix well. Block the corners of the mold with a crust so that the egg liquid does not leak. Fill in the crust until the eighth minute of the mold. Lay out the oven sheet and place the mold. Gently pour the egg liquid into the mold. Wait 5 minutes and let the egg liquid penetrate into the crust. When the egg liquid seeps out, wipe it off with kitchen paper. Bake in a 180-degree oven for 30 minutes. It’s cooked brown. It’s delicious even if you eat it hot. If you eat it cold, wrap it and cool it for half a day, it will be easier to cut it apart.
