    Pour a lot of curry. Sprinkle some dried parsley. Diced Beef Steak Curry♪ This time, I am going to make Diced Beef Steak Curry. Curry is one of the most popular dishes in Japan, along with ramen noodles and sushi. This time, I cook vegetable thoroughly to bring out its flavor and sweetness. It’s very tasty, so please try it yourself. Prepare ingredients. Mince 2 onions. Remove the strings from 1/2 stick of celery and mince it. Make a criss cross slit in the tomato. Sear it over a flame for about 20 seconds. Soak into cold water and peel the skin. Like this. Remove the stem and chop it roughly. Peel a clove of garlic. Peel a small piece of ginger using a spoon. Grate the garlic. Grate the ginger as well. Remove the seeds from a red chili pepper. 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds. 1 tbsp of pure olive oil. Minced onion and celery. Tomato. Grated garlic and ginger. Red chili pepper. Bay leaf. Put a lid and cook on low heat. After 10 minutes. Mix lightly. Put a lid and cook on low heat for 60 minutes. Remove hard fiber and skin from whole tomato. Lightly crush the tomatoes. Remove the bay leaf and red chili pepper. Whole tomato. A pinch of salt. Some pepper. Put a lid and cook for 15 minutes. Once, turn off the burner. Use 1/2 box of your preferred curry roux. I recommend hot and spicy curry roux because sweetness of vegetable is very strong. Mix well. Pour about 400 ml of chicken broth(or water) to adjust thickness. Cook for 10 minutes. Today’s special ingredients. Beef Loin from Aomori prefecture. I bought it half-price! Very thick!! Cut into large cubes. Cut the mushroom into 5 mm width. After 10 minutes. Heat a pan. Heat a pan. Stir the beef loin lightly. Brown all surface of the beef lightly. Put into the curry. Put the mushroom. Pour some water and heat a pan. Scrape the tasty bits off the bottom of the pan. Pour it into the curry. The pan is clean by this step, so you can kill two birds with one stone! Put a lid and cook for 3 minutes on low heat. Turn off the burner and sprinkle some Garam masala. Put a lid and steam it for 10 minutes. Home-made pickled scallion. Store bought Fukujinzuke (sliced vegetables pickled in soy sauce). Thick consistency of Japanese curry goes well with fluffy Japanese rice with a high water content. Serve some rice. Pour a lot of curry. Sprinkle some dried parsley. It’s ready to eat♪ Enjoy with beer. Cheers! Let’s enjoy. Sweetness and umami of vegetable is great. Rare diced steak is ambrosial delicious.       ガラムマサラ:適量

     1/2 box your preferred curry roux
    300 g beef loin
    1/2 tsp cumin seeds
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 onion
    1/2 stick celery
    1 tomato
    1 red chili pepper
    1 bay leaf
    1 clove garlic
    small piece ginger
    400 g whole tomato
    4 mushroom
    some salt and pepper
    400 ml chicken broth
    some Garam masala
    some dried parsley

      Btw if i were you, i would skip the curry roux step and instead add my personal spice mix and roux of my liking (usually blonde or brown roux).
      Thats cheaper than having to buy japanese imported roux, plus more versatile since i control the spice taste

    6. nice recipe, you may put the Tomato in a boiled water for 1 min and then peel it very easy. Searing on fire is also good an give extra flavor (for longer time)
