【ステーキ】高級鉄板焼き「鉄板焼 MYDO」絶品の黒毛和牛を食べてみた【大阪グルメ】

About 15 minutes by car from Osaka Station, The nearest station is Shinsaibashi Station on the Midosuji Subway Line. Located a 3-minute walk from Exit 3. This shop is located on the 1st floor of the hotel “W Osaka” in the downtown area. Designed by W Hong Kong, In the store designed by Mr. Yasumichi Morita, Mr. Seitaro Kuroda, an artist representing Osaka, I have drawn an artwork that is unique to Osaka. There are 38 counter seats divided into 3 areas. Eight of these seats are private rooms, and reservations must be made by phone at least two days in advance. Teppanyaki “MYDO” where you can enjoy a chemical reaction by two creators who represent Osaka You can enjoy Japanese black beef brand beef, domestic red beef teppanyaki, luxury teppanyaki dishes served in a Japanese style, and Osaka soul food with an arrangement. The chefs and staff offer a unique service where you can receive chopsticks used as souvenirs, as well as the friendly service and smiles of the staff, making for a memorable experience. Now, let me introduce the menu I received this time. 1. White Asparagus Beef Ragu Spring Rolls 12 Month Aged Mimolette Cheese 2. Firefly squid tomato couscous 3. French foie gras seasonal potage 4. Risotto with scallops and spring cabbage 5. New onion and Chinese ink cold pasta 6. Ozaki beef sirloin 100g 7. Carefully selected basket vegetables 8. Garlic rice red miso soup 9. Dorayaki with truffle cream 10. Fruit platter This time I received a special evening course.
Normally [Lunch] MYDO course is 14,000 yen including tax. Now let’s take a look at the food and the performance of the iron plate! Real food First, white asparagus. Wrapped in spring roll skin with beef ragu sauce. Inside crispy spring rolls I really enjoy juicy asparagus. 12 months aged mimolette cheese, It is also luxurious to have it applied while shaving. The second item is this one item that combines many kinds of ingredients. Tomato couscous with beets is colorful, With popcorn that accentuates the texture, Firefly squid baked with sea lettuce butter, It is served on top of couscous. Top it with salad and Caesar sauce. I was able to eat it fresh. Next is the seasonal potage of French foie gras. This time I am using turnips from Kyoto. The big foie gras grilled right in front of you is a masterpiece. The gentle sweetness of the potage and the addictive saltiness of the foie gras. The fourth item is scallop and spring cabbage risotto. Enjoy the texture of thick scallops and spring cabbage, You can feel a different taste in each bite. The scallops grilled on the iron plate add to the aroma, It was very delicious. Cold pasta with fresh onions and Chinese ink was served on a cool plate. The sweetness of the onion and the saltiness of the ink stick are perfectly balanced. The cold pasta was not heavy and was refreshing. Next came the main dish, Ozaki beef sirloin. The way the fat is put in is very beautiful and the expectations are high. Watching the food being cooked slowly in front of me makes me happy. You can change the taste according to your taste, such as salt, wasabi, sauce, etc. I was able to enjoy it in various ways. 7 items are carefully selected grilled vegetables. Choose 3 types from here and order. This time, mushrooms, young corn, Kaga lotus root, water eggplant, I was able to choose between silk sweet, onion, and lotus root. I chose onions, lotus roots, and young corn to bake. Young corn is baked and eaten with the skin, The corn inside is perfectly cooked and fluffy. The carefully selected Japanese specialty vegetables were sweet and satisfying. The eighth was garlic rice and red soup stock. Because it contains beef fat, it has a very strong umami flavor. The red dashi soup also has a kick and the taste of the soup spreads in your mouth. I’m happy to have a warm bowl of food because I can take a break. Dessert is dorayaki with truffle cream. Mascarpone cheese is combined with truffle cream, It has a creamy and rich taste. Hazelnuts roasted on an iron plate are sandwiched on top of the cream. On top of fluffy dorayaki and cream, Hazelnut with texture is a fun dish. At the end, we got a fruit platter. very sweet and juicy, It was a refreshing fruit at the end of teppanyaki. How did you like it? Teppanyaki “MYDO” I was able to enjoy the luxury of being able to finish the seasonal ingredients and meat carefully selected by the chef in front of me. The point is that it is easy to use because you can choose how to enjoy it, whether it is a luxurious course or a la carte.
