For the Homemade Mayonnaise whipped tuna:
1 egg yolk
1/4 cup olive oil
Half a squeeze of lemon
Salt
1/2 diced shallot
1 diced green onion
1 can (15 ounces) of tuna
Salt and pepper

For the Homemade Pesto:
1 garlic clove
Salt
Handful of pine nuts
Handful of basil leaves
4 tablespoons olive oil (adjust for consistency)
Extra pine nuts (if needed)

Additional ingredients:
Avocado and ciabatta bread
