【ハロウィン】冷凍パイシートでミニカボチャパイ作ってみた🎃

Make a pumpkin pie using frozen pie dough. Place the pumpkin in a heat-resistant dish and microwave until soft. Once soft, mash the pumpkin. Once it’s mashed, add the sugar and milk and mix. Now the pumpkin filling is complete! Cut it into 9 equal squares. You’ll end up with a square about 6cm long. Fold this into a triangle, leaving a small slit in the top. Open it up and brush the cut edges with egg wash. Fold it crosswise. Place it on a baking tray. Brush the egg wash onto the frame, or squeeze the pumpkin paste into the center, or place a pumpkin seed in the center. This is ready to shape. Bake. Once it’s lightly golden brown, your pumpkin pie is ready!

冷凍パイシート　1枚(18×18cm)
かぼちゃ　100g
砂糖　17g
牛乳　5~10ml
全卵(塗卵用)　適量
かぼちゃの種　18粒
