I will also explain the preparation before frying and other important points during frying while cooking. The ingredients are easy to find and very simple to make. I hope you’ll have a great time. Please have a look at it. Easy recipes at home Let’s start by introducing today’s ingredients. Here are the ingredients. Potatoes, potato starch, garlic, salt, green laver, cheese powder. Then i will use frying oil when frying This time I will use these ingredients First of all, going to use potatoes, and you can use any variety you like. I’m going to use make-your-own potatoes this time. And garlic. Use 2 whole cloves of garlic. I will also season with salt, cheese powder and green laver. You can substitute consommé, black pepper, etc. for this seasoning if you like. I will make it with these ingredients right away. Easy recipes at home Now let’s get on with making it. First of all, I will use potatoes with their skins on. So please rinse the potatoes properly and remove any potato sprouts if you find any. And then cut them into pieces about 5mm to 7mm wide. And then put the cut potatoes in a bowl. And then drain them like this. Now cut the rest in the same way. Now I cut like this. Now let’s leave it like this in water for 10 minutes. Now while the potatoes are soaking in water, I will mash the garlic. Here’s the peeled garlic cloves, crushed with the belly of the knife. Be careful not to injure your hands at this point. Okay, here we go. Like this Crush this much. If there is a bud in the middle, remove it. This one is prone to burning, so please remove it. This is like this Now mash the other one the same way. After 10 minutes, drain the water. Drain water thoroughly like this. Then wipe off the water from the potatoes. Lay them out like this. After arranging them, cover the top with kitchen paper and wipe off the moisture. Now it’s ready to go. And then put a piece of plastic wrap on a heatproof plate first. Once the plastic wrap is laid out, going to lay out the potatoes here. Lay them out so they don’t overlap. Line them up like this. Then cover the top with fluffy plastic wrap. Now heat this in a microwave oven at 600W for 3 minutes. Cooked for 3 minutes. Then remove the plastic wrap so you don’t burn yourself. Be careful of the steam coming out. It looks like this. And then once you’ve done that, wipe the moisture off the top very thoroughly. And then remove the plastic wrap from under it. Put it back on the plate and wipe the underside of the potatoes dry as well Once cooked like this, they will be crispy and easy to fry. Then going to sprinkle some potato starch here. Sprinkle thinly. Let’s also glaze the reverse side. You can shake it in a plastic bag. Dusting. OK. Now I sprinkle lightly with salt. Just a light sprinkling of salt is fine. The potatoes are now ready to go. Easy recipes at home Now let’s fry them. First, pour in about 5mm of oil from the bottom of the pan. OK. Then add garlic while the oil is still cold. Then put it on the fire. Heat once until the garlic starts to sizzle a little. The garlic is fried together with the potatoes, which gives the potatoes a delicious garlic flavor. The potatoes are now sizzling like this. Then I put the potatoes in so they don’t burn. Be careful not to splash oil at this point. Then fry them for about 3 minutes. Turn the heat down to medium-low. Let’s fry them, turning them over from time to time. The first time you fry them, the oil should be about 170 degrees Celsius. If you feel that they are not fried enough, increase the heat a little and adjust the heat level as needed. I just fried it for about 3 minutes. Then the surface gets a little hard If you do it with chopsticks, it’s like this, it’s crispy When it gets to this point, I turn up the heat a little bit. Medium heat. And then at the end I fry them in hot oil until they’re crispy. Try to fry them for about 1 to 2 minutes. If the garlic seems to be burning, you can take it out. The garlic is getting a little bit darker, so we’re going to take it out. I’m in the process of frying them, but if you let them air out a little like this from time to time, they will crisp up more easily. I think this is about right. Now and total fried 5 minutes. When they get a nice deep-fried color like this and they’re crispy, take them out. Let’s take it out when it’s done. They look deliciously fried like this. Finished to a zesty crunch like this. Now let’s fry the rest in the same way. All done frying. They are very crispy like this. So now going to season it now. Put the potatoes in the bowl while they’re still warm. And here’s the cheese powder and the green laver and then the salt. And then I mix it all together. And that’s OK. As for the intensity of the flavor, you can adjust it to your liking. Very crispy.     5. じゃがいもは好きな野菜なのでタイトルだけでとても、興味がありました。

      手軽に作れる便利さから、フライドポテトは冷凍で売られている物を使っておりましたが、生のじゃがいもを使って作る方がじゃがいもの旨味が感じられて自分好みにも作れますし、ニンニク+青海苔+チーズ+塩もそれぞれに好きですが、4つを混ぜた組み合わせの味付けで食べた事がないので想像が付きませんが、彩りが綺麗で美味しそうに見えるので早速、試してみようと思います。

      分かりやすく、こまめにアドバイスも下さるので有り難いです。

      以前から気になっているので教えていただきたいんですが、フライパンで少量の油で揚げる調理法は、油が少ないために、熱されすぎて火事にならないか心配になり、なかなか挑戦出来ずにいます😢
      今回先生は、じゃがいもチップスをティファールのフライパンを使用されているようですが、他の揚げ物も(とんかつや唐揚げなど)、もう少し油の量を増やして調理に使用しますか?
      また、市販のフライパンでも揚げ物は可能なのでしょうか?
