The coffee shop is near Exit 7 of Higashi-Umeda Station on the Osaka Metro Tanimachi Line. Food samples are displayed in front of the store, so even beginners can see what kind of food they have. Pancakes are a very popular menu at Sunshine. This time I ordered a pancake set and omelet rice. Pudding also seems to be popular. Let’s go inside the store. The inside of the store is surrounded by orange lighting and has a very warm atmosphere. The inside of the store is completely non-smoking, so cigarette smoke does not interfere with the aroma of coffee. Let’s eat. First of all, we will have old-fashioned omelet rice. I also ordered a pancake set, so the clerk asked me, “Would you like to make the omelet rice smaller?” I ordered a little small omelet rice. The omelet rice carefully wrapped in eggs was beautiful and I looked at it for a while. A simple ketchup rice with onions, green peas, corn, green peppers and bacon. Yes Yes! This simplicity is good. This is the omelet rice I was looking for! I was happy to eat a bite. Onion texture, green peppers gentle bitterness Fukujinzuke is an accent … all are the best! It was really delicious. Next is the long-awaited pancake set. You can choose coffee or tea. I chose coffee. Coffee, which can be said to be the cornerstone of a coffee shop, has a complex taste and is delicious. I said, but I’m not familiar with coffee. Therefore, it is a pity that we cannot accurately convey the deliciousness of this coffee. When I was enjoying coffee, pancakes came. This hot cake is a very popular menu where 30,000 meals are ordered annually!! The shopkeeper makes the pancake flour itself. It seems that they are carefully baked one by one in a special frying pan. The melting of butter is irresistible! !! Drip maple syrup on the butter. You can see the thickness of the pancake by cutting it. Two fluffy pancakes are stacked. Butter is also applied between the pancakes, so the butter oozes out from the pancakes below. Open from 7am to 9:30 pm.Saturdays are from 7am to 6pm. Sundays from 8am to 6pm. It is a coffee shop used by locals. Why don’t you visit this coffee shop when you come to Osaka for travel or work?
