Lately, I’ve been doing stretching and yoga first thing in the morning 🧘 And today, I’m going to make something I’ve always wanted to make…! It’s 31 Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream😍🍨🍓Of course, there’s no official recipe, so I’m going to combine similar recipes I found online to make this. First, I’ll warm up the cream cheese in the microwave and use a whisk to soften it. I’ll post the detailed recipe in the description. I love the crunching sound that occurs when you mix butter and cream cheese with sugar ♡ Actually, after graduating from a confectionery school, I worked as a pastry chef for a year, so I’m good at making sweets, and I used to make them at home, but since my oven broke, I hardly had a chance to make them anymore🥹Also , since you can make a lot of sweets at once, if you live alone and don’t have anyone to share them with, It’s a high hurdle for me as a child 😅 But ice cream can be frozen so it’s not a problem ♡ But even so, the tools are so dirty, I have to buy a lot of new ones First of all, I’m making cheesecake to mix into ice cream Since I don’t have an oven, this time I looked for a recipe that can be baked in a toaster oven Line a heat-resistant container with cooking paper and pour the batter in (Bibi-chan is so intense… lol When I was a vocational school student, I was often told not to leave even 1mm of batter on the bowl Instead of putting it in the toaster oven straight away, I microwave it first and it came back trembling 😍 Then I found out that cooking paper burns when put in the toaster oven, so I covered it with aluminum foil Wrapping it up This step is a bit of a pain, but it’s easy to peel off after baking, so I’ll do my best. The hot cheesecake ended up touching my hand 😂 This time, I’m going to mix it into the ice cream anyway, so I’m doing it roughly. Then I’ll bake it in the toaster oven 💫 While it’s baking, I’ll make the ice cream mixture. I’ll use cream cheese here as well. Just like before, I softened it and mixed in the fresh cream, lemon juice, egg yolks, and sugar. It looks like the cheesecake is done at this point. To make it similar to 31, it’s better if it’s not browned, but it looks delicious 🤤 While it was cooling, I resumed making the mixture. It ended up being a bit lumpy, so maybe adding the fresh cream at the end would have been better. It’s been a while since I made this dessert. Since I’m making babies, my instincts are a bit dull 😅 And for the strawberry part, I used strawberry jam 🍓 Pour it into a bowl and mix to soften (I ended up using it all after this) On this day, I added it at this timing , but I think it would have turned out more like a ribbon shape like 31 if I had added it later, as I would have mixed it further while it solidified 🥺 I made it based on a vague image, so I should have checked the original photo more 🫡 But this process was fun ♡ After this, I repeated the process of cooling and mixing several times I also put the cheesecake in the refrigerator to cool it Now, after that it’s time for nails 💅 There are no nails this time, but they are included in the short video, so please check it out ♡ I froze the ice cream for about an hour 🍨 and it’s starting to harden slightly from the edges ♡ I’ll let it cool again. Starting with this sheet, I laid it down this time and cleanup was so much easier ✨ Lunchtime . First up, I made a simple crab stick salad 🦀. I learned a simple way to shred it in the comments ♡ The Daiso mini cutting board is super handy for cutting small vegetables! The main course is tuna mayo frying pan toast 🍞 Last bit of mayonnaise…! I squeezed it all out and it looks like it’s just about enough. I usually spread mayonnaise on bread, but I ran out, so I used margarine instead. I also have butter, but it’s hard and difficult to spread, so I spread it on the bread before baking. I hate having to do that 🙄 lol I put a whole can of tuna mayonnaise on top of the ham and cheese. I sandwich it between the ham and bread and fry it in a frying pan with hot butter. I’m concerned about the calories, but frying it in butter makes it fragrant and crispy and it’s really delicious ♡ The bottom is a little burnt, so I sprinkle some parsley on top and it’s done ✨ Today I’m having ice cream for dessert, so I have black instead of cafe au lait. It’s much less filling than the type of sandwich wrapped in parchment paper , so it’s a little disappointing lol Since my hands get dirty, I switched to using a knife and fork 🔪I feel a little elegant🌹? Checking the hardness of the ice cream for the second time, it has hardened to a pretty good degree ~😍 I’ll try my best to mix it all together. Now it’s time to bring out the chilled cheesecake. Peel it off the baking sheet and first cut off the four corners. Taste one (it seems delicious). Wrap the rest in plastic wrap and pinch it little by little . Pinch it together and cut the rest into 1cm cubes . Add it to the ice cream and mix. By the way, I don’t think you need to use this much cheesecake . I put in too much and it was a bit heavy. lol After adding the cheesecake, let it cool further. Enjoy the remaining cheesecake as it is 😋♡ Now, while it’s cooling, let’s work hard 💪 Delicious Having a nice reward makes me work harder than usual 🥰Well , I wonder how it turned out… It’s still a little soft, but I can’t wait any longer so I’ll eat it. I topped it with the leftover cheesecake. It doesn’t look much like it, but I think the taste is pretty close 😍It ‘s super rich and even one bite is very satisfying 😍Next , I’d like to try the Jamoca Almond Fudge 🔥When I was about to go shopping, there was a cicada right in front of my bike…!!! And it was still alive 😂After thinking about it for a bit, I decided to give up on my bike and just walk lolI stopped my usual evening strength training and walked (there were some disgusting fruit growing there 🥶) No problem 👍Dai I bought a Sanrio light for Thor 😳 (I didn’t buy it though) and when I got home the cicadas had stopped chirping completely. I wonder if cicadas have opening hours… It’s strange… It took a little while so I quickly started making dinner. The first dish was macaroni salad 🥗 Macaroni never runs out, does it? 😅 While it’s boiling, I’ll prepare the ingredients: sliced cucumber and julienned onion 🥒🧅 Put both in a bag, sprinkle with salt, rub, and leave for a while. Once the macaroni is cooked, drain the water and rinse under running water to remove the slime . This way it won’t stick together even if you don’t add oil ☺️ Squeeze the water out of the cucumber and onion. Lightly drain the macaroni. Add the cucumber and onion you just cut up and the lightly drained can of tuna . The seasonings are mayonnaise, salt, black pepper, sato, and soy sauce (the amounts are just right, lol). All you have to do is mix it all together . I always make too much macaroni salad 😂 The main dish is ham and cheese cutlet, so I shred the cabbage first for the garnish. Today’s main dish 💫 I’ll reveal the secret first: this ham and cheese cutlet was a complete failure lol. I did some research and analyzed the cause, so please listen 😂. The first reason is that by layering the cheese like this , there were gaps between the ham, which caused the cheese to leak out when I fried it. I found this method of layering cheese on Instagram, though 😗 (The thermometer was on the wrong side lol) The second reason is that I didn’t wipe off the moisture from the ham, which caused oil splatters and the mayonnaise used as a batter to come off, which led to the deaths. The third reason is that I used mayonnaise instead of batter in the first place. It’s difficult to spread the mayonnaise evenly over the entire surface, and it doesn’t go well with the ham…? I’d like to verify this again lol. I tried it before with fried pork, shiso and cheese and it was a great success, so I decided to try it again…but if anyone knows the reason for this, please let me know 😂 Now let’s start frying… it bounces around too much and I can’t get close enough to put in the second one 😇 lol The batter is all worn off and it’s kind of soggy 😱 Mumble mumble mumble…lol I ended up with ham and cheese covered in oil and a calorie bomb…it would be a shame to throw it away, and I don’t have the energy to make it again, so I think the taste is fine and I’ll eat it lol I’ll also make Ashiato Miso Soup using the fried tofu that you told me about in the comments and that I had frozen. Freezing fried tofu is so convenient 🥹Thanks for letting me know Thank you 💓 I added some tofu as well . While watching the rest of Aiseki Shokudo, it’s a show that really has a lot of hits and misses…Shomono -chan was on my lap ♡ The macaroni salad was a great success 👍 I love this combination the most ☺️ And the ham and cheese cutlet… it was a little crispy and juicy and delicious 😂♡ I’m addicted to Soradore and had a lot of veggies too . After eating, I opened the items that had arrived. As it was just before ENHYPEN’s stadium live performance, I bought a high-performance handheld fan. I looked up various rankings and this one seemed popular so I bought it. As you’d expect, such a detailed instruction manual for just a handheld fan! Lol, it comes with a handy carabiner . This fan has double-layered blades, so it apparently produces a very strong wind. And to protect against sunburn, I chose arm warmers that can completely cover your fingers. I chose beige so it wouldn’t get in the way of my fashion, but black might have been a safer option. Lol. You can still use your smartphone like this, but the index finger and thumb are removable , and you can also remove the fingers from your wrist, which is super convenient. 🥹✨I’ll put links to where you can buy both in the description section. ✨After that, I worked hard on editing with Vivi until it was time for a bath . ☺️Thank you for watching until the end today.

  8. 水気を拭き取らなくても片栗粉付けて卵に浸してパン粉つけるから片栗粉付けてマヨネーズ付けてパン粉のがパン粉がいなくならない気がする!!
    そういえば私annkoさんもかまいたちも観てて、きこりんさんも観てるって見て、なんか好きなツボ似てるところがあるのでは?!って嬉しくなったこと伝え忘れてたので伝えさせてください!笑
