you know there's one thing about katsudon i don't understand… you take all the effort to fry a crisply tonkatsu just to reduce the crispyness to naught by cookig it in egg and sauce. wouldn't it be better to serve the crisply tonkatsu on TOP of the runny fried egg and the sauce so you can experience both the delicious creamy egg AND the crispy crunchy tonkatsu at the same time?
