低糖質【油揚げピザ】アボカドたっぷり

This time is a re-editing of the past video. Click here for materials. Please use whatever ingredients you like. Let’s explain how to make it. First, prepare for fried tofu. Use a thick paper towel to hold it from both sides and wipe off excess oil. If it is left as it is, the taste of fried tofu will be clear, so make it thinner. Put a knife in the thickness and open it. This time I use rectangular fried tofu, but square ones are also ok. Let’s bake it when it opens. Place the fried toaster on the tray or aluminum foil. My toaster uses Balmuda, so I don’t have a tray. So I’ll bake it in aluminum foil. Put the cheese on top and move to the toaster. A tray is a must for a toaster, isn’t it? This toaster is a little difficult to use because it doesn’t have a tray. When it’s browned, it’s done. Bake in a 1300 watt toaster for about 10 minutes. When the surroundings are crispy and the cheese melts and becomes brown, remove it. This alone is delicious. This time I will add toppings here. First, make a marinade of purple cabbage. Shred the purple cabbage and add salt and umezu. Umezu is a salty vinegar. If you use other vinegar, adjust the amount of salt added. Mix well and leave in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Crush the avocado. Take out with a spoon and squeeze the lemon. Add salt and see the taste. Cut the fried tofu to the size you like. This time I cut it diagonally. Let’s put it in a bowl. Top the baked fried tofu with your favorite ingredients. Spread the crushed avocado. Cut the mozzarella cheese into small pieces and sprinkle. You can put mozzarella cheese on it before baking and bake it. Sprinkle marinade of petit tomatoes and purple cabbage colorfully. In addition, you can use any ingredients such as egg salad, ham, and sausage. Sprinkle chopped parsley and sprinkle with paprika powder. For adults, scrape the pepper. This is completed.
