今回漂流武士が辿り着いたのは、新橋にある「新橋三丁目魚市場」さん。
店名からお察しの通り魚料理押しのお店ではあるのですが、
宮崎県産にこだわった食材を使用しており、宮崎風のチキン南蛮も押しています。
店主さん曰く、甘めに仕上げるのが宮崎料理の特徴とのことで、
チキン南蛮も甘酢やタルタルなど少し甘めになっています。
甘いと言ってもくどくはなく、柔らかな食感に甘さを感じる上品さです。
今回武士さんはまさにそのチキン南蛮のデカ盛りをいただきました!!
身も心もタルタルしてくる武士さんの様子にご期待ください。
