【小麦粉不使用!グルテンフリー】米粉でチョコレート蒸しパン!混ぜて蒸すだけで簡単!フライパンで手軽に作れます☆-Rice Flour Chocolate Steamed Bread【料理研究家ゆかり】

This time, I will introduce a recipe for steamed bread using rice flour. For this chocolate steamed bread, I will make the dough with cocoa powder and combine crushed chocolate in the dough to make a steamed bread. There are some points in the process of making this bread, so please enjoy to the end. Please have a look at it. Easy recipes at home Let’s start by introducing today’s ingredients. Here are the ingredients. Rice flour, unadjusted soy milk, sugar, cocoa powder, salad oil, baking powder, chocolate. First of all, for the water, I will use unadjusted soy milk. Can also substitute milk. If you use input, use unadjusted soy milk. And sugar. This is white sugar. Can substitute millet sugar or other sugar if you like. And then there is chocolate. This time we use Lotte’s Ghana Black Chocolate. This chocolate will be used for toppings, etc., so use the chocolate of your choice. And this time, we will use the size 8 paper cups from the 100 yen store Daiso. These paper cups will be from the 100 yen store Kandoo. I’m going to use these cups, but if I use a single hair cup, it will spread out when I put the dough in, so it’s the same size 8. You can fit it into these silicone cups and so on. Or you can put the dough directly into the silicon cup as it is. By the way, this silicon cup was also purchased at a 100 yen store, Candu. Let’s prepare it by laying it on the mold like this. I would like to make it right away. Easy recipes at home Now let’s make it. First of all, put soy milk in a bowl. Then add sugar here. Mix this well. Mix this thoroughly until there is no more sugar crunch. OK. Once it’s mixed well, here’s the salad oil. By the way, you can substitute this salad oil with rice oil or other oil. Then mix well. Mix well for 30 seconds as well. Add the ingredients one at a time like this and mix well each time. Continue to add rice flour here. Add rice flour. Then mix well. Make sure to mix well to avoid lumps. OK. It’s a pretty smooth fabric. And here’s the cocoa powder. Be sure to use pure cocoa powder here. Then sift. After sifting, mix well again. Mix well here, too, so that the cocoa powder does not become lumpy. If you mix it as much as you can at first, the powder may scatter, so it will be easier if you mix it gently from the center at first. Well mixed. When cocoa powder is added, the dough becomes a little more fluffy than before. Now let’s move on to the baking powder. Sift it and add it too. As for the baking powder, it reacts to moisture, so be sure to add it once and for all. Be careful not to add it at the beginning, as it will cause it not to expand. Now sift. And mix well again. The dough is now ok. Now I want to put half of the chocolate in it. The rest will be poured into the mold and then placed on top as a topping. Now I will break the chocolate by hand and put it in. Of course, you can also chop it with a knife. Let’s break it up and put it in like this as appropriate. After adding the chocolate, mix well. OK. The final product is this much more fluffy fabric. Now I would like to put it in the mold. I think it would be better if you scoop it with a spoon when you put it in. Now we should break up the rest of the chocolate here. Please break this one by hand as needed. OK. Easy recipes at home Now I will put the dough into the mold. Put the dough into the mold until it reaches about 8-9 minutes. It looks like this. Now, the rest of the dough is added in the same way. Try to adjust the chocolate as you put it in so that it goes in evenly. Put it in like this. This time it will be 6 size 8 cups. Now, here is the chocolate topping that I crushed up. Here is the topping as you like. Try topping this one with a feeling of holding it down. OK. Top it up like this. So now going to steam it in a pan. Easy recipes at home Now please prepare the frying pan. This time we will steam in a 24cm pan. First pour in about 1 cm of water from the bottom of the pan. Then put it on the fire. Bring this water to a boil once. Boiled. Once boiling, turn off heat. When the heat is turned off, steam rises like this, so be careful not to get burned by the steam. Now let’s line up the mold. Be careful not to burn yourself at this point. Lined up. Once lined up, put the lid on. And then put it back on the fire and the heat is medium. Continue steaming for 10 minutes. If you run out of hot water while steaming, add water and continue steaming. Steam carefully so as not to run dry. Now let’s steam. The heat is about this medium. 10 minutes have passed. The fire is turned off. And then open the lid. Ta-da. This is how plump and delicious they look. Then we take it out of the pan here. It’s hot, so you can take it off the heat. Removed. Extracted. Now I will remove it from the mold. Again, be careful not to burn yourself. It turned out fluffy and tasty like this. This will help the dough blend better and give a better finished product. And the ingredients I used this time, you can substitute rice oil for salad oil, milk for soymilk, and so on. The baking powder should be added at the end because it reacts with the water. This will make them fluffier and puffier. And then afterwards pour it into the mold and top it with the leftover chocolate. I hope you can do this topping as well. Now all I have to do is steam it, but this time I’m steaming it on medium heat for 10 minutes. If you run out of hot water while steaming, open the lid and add water. I would just ask that you be careful not to let it run dry. And once the steamed bread is done, I think it would be a good idea to just check with a bamboo skewer or something to see if any of the raw dough sticks to the steamed bread. Just be careful not to mistake it for melted chocolate. This time, it makes 6 pieces in a size 8 cup. Please use this one as a guide. And by the way, this steamed bread can be frozen. 米粉、米油、キビ砂糖、豆乳で作りましたが、なんだか固くて…もったりしてなかったので豆乳を追加しました。最後にベーキングパウダーを入れて蒸しました。
20分近く蒸しましたが、甘すぎず美味しくできました。
次回もう一度挑戦してみます💪

ヘルシオの電子レンジだと3分30秒でいい感じでした!
ダークチョコで作りましたが、甘味もあって柔らかくて凄く美味しかったです!市販のお菓子買えなくなります😂♥️
