    Meal prep , Japanese-style Breakfast☼ and Onion Gratin Soup Kumquat Welcome back to my channel(Mar-Channel).I prepare meals for 3~4 days for 2 people. Kumquats in Syrup Wash the kumquat and remove the green parts with a kitchen knife or hand . Easy to remove by hand After boiling, make some cuts to remove the seeds from the kumquat. 5 minutes Soak in water Remove the seeds with a toothpick. There are about 5 or 6 Ends when I get used to it. Soak in water for at least one hour Fried oil removes excess oil with hot water Simmered Seaweed Sesame oil 1Bag Seaweed,1/3 Carrot,1 Deep-fried tofu,1Tbsp Sake,1Tbsp Mirin,1Tbsp SoySauce,80ml Water and 1/3Tsp Dashi stock. Simmer until less soup Simmered Seaweed Onion soup   2 Onion Microwave500w 3 minutes. 1/3 Sliced Daikon radish 10~15g(1Tbsp) Butter Fry the onions until brown. Simmered radish and pork 1/3 Daikon radish,250g Pork I continue to fry onions on low heat. I noticed when editing that there was pork on the handle. 2Tbsp Mirin,2.5Tbsp SoySauce and 2~4g Bonito Place the oven paper so that the ingredients do not collapse. 300~400ml Water and 2Tsp Chicken stock powder It is OK if the soup is boiled. White celery and carrot salad Cut the celery into pieces that are easy to eat. Simmered Daikon and Pork 1 Carrot,White celery,1Tbsp Honey,1Tbsp Vinegar,1Tsp Oil,A pinch of Salt and Pepper. Celery has a strong flavor, so it is recommended for those who like celery. Adding lemon juice and slices makes it easier to eat Burdock is peeled and soak in water.
    Use for seasoned rice and stir fry. Stir-Fry Konjac and Burdock Konjac is boiled to get rid of the scum. 2~3 minutes. Sesame Oil for Seasoned rice Stir-Fry Konjac and Burdock 2Tbsp Sake,2Tbsp Mirin and 2Tbsp SoySauce. Stir-Fry Konjac and Burdock.Sprinkle with sesame when eating. Onion soup Seasoned rice with meat and burdock 300g Rice 100g Ground meat (Lightly seasoned)1Tbsp Sake,1Tsp SoySauce  (Rich seasoning)1Tbsp Sake,1Tbsp SoySauce,1Tbsp Mirin and 1Tsp Sugar. 2Tbsp SoySauce,2Tbsp Sake,2Tbsp Mirin and 280ml~300ml Water. Add the ingredients last. 1/2Tsp Chopped ginger Add deep-Fried-tofu. Soak the sliced onions in the water. Potato salad 1/2 Onion(Squeeze out the water.) and 1/4 Carrot.Microwave500w 2~3 minutes. 2 Potatoes also soak in water and warm in the microwave. Microwave500w 5~7 minutes.When hard, add time. Kumquat soaked in water. 110g(=11Tbsp) Sugar(half the weight of kumquat) and about 200ml Water. Simmer for 30 minutes while taking foam. Squeeze out the water. 1 Sliced Cucumber and A pinch of Salt. Once the potatoes cool down a little, mix the ingredients. 3~4Tbsp Mayonnaise,1/2Tsp Mustard and Pepper. Stir-Fry Chicken with Yuzukosho Yuzukosho is a paste made from chili peppers, yuzu peel and salt. 1Tsp Yuzukosho,2Tbsp Sake and 2Tsp SoySauce. Bake after 20-30 minutes. Kumquats in Syrup Delicious sweets. Seasoned rice 6~7 minutes. Sliced long green onion Stir-Fry Chicken with Yuzukosho.Spicy and delicious! It took 160 minutes. Let’s eat! Onion Gratin Soup.Warm the soup and add the baguette and cheese. Bake in the oven ! Pepper ! Onions are sweet and very delicious. Japanese breakfast.Plenty of wakame seaweed miso soup and yellowtail teriyaki. Grated daikon radish Soak salted wakame seaweed in water to remove salt. Add miso soup. Yellowtail Tamagoyaki(Japanese Omelette) 1Tbsp Sake,1Tbsp Mirin and 1Tbsp SoySauce. Frozen Yuzu peel. Let’s eat! Thank you for watching.

      まーちゃんねるさんレシピのこんにゃくを生姜と味噌で炒めたものが主人の大好物で、かさましの為に今日たまたまごぼうを買ったんです✨なんか食材揃ってたので嬉しい(笑)うちも醤油で炒めようかな~♪
