Please subscribe to my channel Today I want to make coffee milk pudding. This time I would like to make a simple pudding using coffee milk sold in packets. The pudding itself can be made with only coffee milk and eggs. The ingredients are easy to find and very simple to make. I hope you’ll have a great time. Please have a look at it. Easy recipes at home Let’s start with the ingredients for the pudding dough. Here are the ingredients. Coffee milk and eggs, these are the two ingredients we will be using. First of all, I will use coffee milk, but I will use Snow Brand’s famous coffee milk. Can use whatever you like here. And two eggs. This time I will use L-size eggs. For size M, try putting in 2.5 eggs. In this case, I will use the sweetness of this coffee milk only, so if you want to sweeten it, add sugar. But this time you will also make caramel, so I think it will taste good enough without adding sugar. Next, I will introduce the ingredients for the caramel sauce. Here are the ingredients. Granulated sugar, water, hot water, and these three ingredients are used to make caramel sauce. As for granulated sugar here, you can use white sugar. I will make it with these ingredients right away. Easy recipes at home Let’s start with the caramel sauce. First put the granulated sugar in the pan. When adding the granulated sugar, do not spread it all over the pan, but put it in one place as much as possible. Then put the water here. And wait once until this water has permeated the entire granulated sugar. It has penetrated like this. Then I put it on the fire. The heat is medium. Continue to heat until slightly golden brown. Be careful, if you stir the mixture at this point, the granulated sugar will crystallize and harden. So heat it without messing with the inside until it changes color a little. Can you see the color has changed a little bit now? Then I turn the pan like this to even out the color. After this, you’re going to add hot water, and it’s going to be very steamy, so be sure to turn on the exhaust fan and have the lid ready. Heat over low heat like this until the whole thing is a nice caramel color. Heat while turning the pan occasionally. The color changes quite quickly around here, so just be careful not to burn it. I’m going to turn up the exhaust fan a little bit. And this is about right. When it turns a light golden brown like this, turn off the heat. Now it is time to finish caramelizing with residual heat. When the caramel color reaches this nice level, hot water is added. Be careful not to burn yourself. Now, put it in. After putting it in, hold the lid and shake it a little. Again, be careful not to burn yourself. Now that the pan is settled, open the lid. Now the caramel is ready. Then please prepare the pudding container. In this we will put the caramel sauce. Put it in this way. Now put the rest in the same way. OK. Now let’s leave this one here until we use it. In case you are wondering, this time it will be for two 150 ml cups and two 120 ml cups. Here is a rough guide. Easy recipes at home Next, we will make the pudding dough. First, crack the eggs into a bowl. Then beat with a whisk. OK. Dissolve and unwind until it is this shaggy. Then add coffee milk. Can add all at once. And mix well. Mix so that the dough is well blended. The dough is now ready. Now I will strain this dough once. This will result in a very smooth and tasty pudding. Now I will strain the dough. Use a tea strainer to strain the dough. Then strain. OK. Once strained, you can remove any egg whites or yolk membranes that could not be dissolved. The dough is now complete. Now pour it into the container as before. I put it in like this. Now I will cover the top with aluminum foil. OK. So now I will steam this one in a pan. Easy recipes at home Now I will steam them using a frying pan. When using a frying pan, use a deep-bottomed pan. If you don’t have one, you can use a saucepan. Then put one container first. And then you’re up to about 1/3 of this container. And then you fill it with water up to about that level. Once filled like this, the container is removed. Then it is put on the fire. The heat is high. Bring water to a boil once at this point. Water boiled. Once boiling, turn off heat. Be careful not to burn yourself as the steam rises at this point. Then put three sheets of kitchen paper here. Again, be careful not to burn yourself. Then put the container in so that you don’t burn yourself. Once you put the container in, put the lid on. Then put it on the fire again. This time the heat is low. Continue steaming for 8 minutes. The heat is this low. Now 8 minutes have passed. Then open the lid. Then turn off the heat. Now I would like to check one thing. Take one piece of aluminum foil, being careful not to burn yourself. Then turn the mold a little bit nana. If the dough does not flow at this time, it is OK. The dough is very soft, but it is still OK. Then put the lid back on and check 2-3 more if you are worried. Then put the lid on again. Then put it back on the heat and bring it back to a boil. After another 15-20 seconds or so, it will start to get soggy, then turn off the heat. Then leave it for 10 minutes. I want to finish with the residual heat. This will give a very soft finish. Ten minutes have passed. Then open the lid. And then take the lid off again, and then check that it’s solidified properly here. If the dough doesn’t flow out like this when you tilt it like this and it’s solidified, it’s OK. If the dough is a little bit hard and doesn’t flow out, it’s OK. Then I take this one out of the pan and remove it from the heat. Removed from the frying pan. Then I cover the top with kitchen paper to prevent the surface from drying out, take off the heat, and let it cool thoroughly. Pudding has cooled. Then I wrap the top. If you don’t have a pan like this, you can do it in a saucepan. And when steaming, be sure to place the mold on a piece of kitchen paper or a dish towel. This will slowly heat the pudding dough and make it very soft and smooth. And once 8 minutes have passed, remove the aluminum foil and tilt the pudding to check if the batter flows out. If the pudding is not set, heat it for 2 minutes more and see how it turns out. When the dough stops flowing out, cover the pan again and bring it back to a boil, then turn off the heat and let it finish in the residual heat for 10 minutes with the lid still on. Finishing with the residual heat will give a very smooth finish. And then the finished pudding, let it cool thoroughly at room temperature and then refrigerate it for a day. It will be very smooth and thick if chilled properly. The ingredients are easy to find and very simple to make. It is very tasty and you should try to make it.
