ジップロックに30分ほど置、すぐに食べれます。
サッパリとした梅が、食欲を増してくれます。
梅干しの塩加減と酸っぱさ加減により、使用梅ぼしの数を調節します。
材料
きゅうり 2本
鰹節 1パック
梅干し 6個
ごま油 大匙2杯
作り方
1きゅうりは縦半分に切り、横に4つ~5つに切ります。
2ジップロックに入れて叩きます。
3梅はジップロックに入れてつぶして種を出します。
4梅干しがつぶれにくい時は細かく切ります。
5鰹節と胡麻油を入れて混ぜて30分ほど置きます。
