フランスの料理本を見ていたら可愛らしいイチゴのチーズケーキが目にとまりました。インスパイア―されて、家にたくさんあったブルーベリーをたっぷり入れて作ってみました。オートミールマフィンは、甘いジャムやバターを合わせても美味しいですし、ハムやチーズをはさむと軽食としても利用できます。シンプルなプレーン味なのでお好きにアレンジしてお召し上がりいただけます。

[ブルーベリーチーズケーキ]
クリームチーズ100g
ヨーグルト100g
生クリーム100g
砂糖（お好みの甘味料）
ゼラチン5g（30mlの水に溶かす）
　ー固めにしたい場合は7g
ブルーベリー（冷凍可）
（底生地用↓）
クッキー80g
ココナッツオイル40g

[オートミールマフィン]
オートミール2カップ
全粒粉配合パンケーキミックス200g
砂糖大さじ２～３
玉子２個
豆乳1カップ（牛乳、アーモンドミルク代用可）
ヨーグルト１/２カップ
180℃で23分程オーブンで焼く
