Eggs are one of the most useful ingredients when eating alone! . It’s full of protein and fills you up, and is often stocked in the refrigerator. Today, I had lunch with omelet rice, a standard egg dish. Stir-fry the garlic in butter and stir-fry the frozen shimeji mushrooms as well. We buy mushrooms in bulk and freeze them, so they’re a convenient ingredient that can be taken out of the freezer and used in soups and stir-fries. Add the leftover cold rice from breakfast and stir-fry. Just a little salt and soy sauce. Garlic mushroom rice inside of omelet rice is completed. Add soy milk to the eggs and make them into scrambled eggs. Today’s omelet rice is topped with tomato sauce that I previously made and frozen, so the eggs are simple and unseasoned. (Even if you add salt and pepper 👌) There are various kinds of omelet rice, such as omelet rice wrapped neatly in a thinly-cooked egg and omelet rice topped with a half-boiled omelet , but omelet rice that just has scrambled eggs on top is the easiest because you don’t need any tips. I also cut parsley into small pieces and freeze them so I can use them from time to time. Make full use of frozen pre-made meals when you want to eat alone without having to spend as much time as possible. Pre-made frozen savings that will make my future self happy is essential to me✌. Today, we’re going to introduce Vietnamese street food, Ban Chan Nun. After making fresh spring rolls, I always have a few sheets of rice paper left over. With just one piece, you can make a simple snack that can be used as a snack when you get hungry. Place rice paper in a frying pan (no oil) and spread the beaten egg with a little onion koji. Stir-fry the ginger and mushrooms in a frying pan with sesame oil. 100cc of water, 1 tablespoon of white dashi stock, 1/2 tablespoon each of mirin and soy sauce. When it comes to a boil, add the potato starch dissolved in water to thicken it. Add the beaten egg here and mix gently and it’s done ^^. A rice bowl that can be made in no time using leftover ingredients. And you can’t go wrong with egg and sauce♪ Lastly, it’s not an egg dish, but it’s a standard dish I eat when I want something sweet. It’s more of a dessert or snack than a meal. Enjoy as many fruits as you like. Today we have persimmons, apples, and bananas. My favorite supermarket yogurt is SOY Caspian Sea Yogurt. I like the stickiness of Caspian Sea yogurt. If you put a lot of fruit on it, it will fill you up ^^. If there are nuts, the texture will be even better◎♪. Coffee is a must when eating sweets. I tend to drink too much, so lately I’ve been trying to make it as dilute as possible. I’m sure many of the viewers are housewives like me, so what do you eat when you’re alone? I love cooking, but I don’t want to spend the time and money on it if it’s just for myself. . . However, these days I want to make the leftovers easier and more enjoyable and enjoy cooking even a little bit ^^
