いいネタだから、きっとうまいだろうネ‼️
トリッフがあるだけで、魚の臭いを完璧におさえているかと、でも口中が、凄い事になるかと長時間、美味しいのですが、イタリアだと取れる時期が、あるので年に一回食べれればいいかと、最近アボカドの料理が多いいかと、アメリカで生まれて中国人の寿司職人の勘違いをヨーロッパで広げて、日本に旅行に来て初めてアボカドが江戸前寿司に存在しないと、まあ今では、日本の回転寿司の具材にも使用され始めましたね、異国で育った寿司が日本へ里帰り見たいですね。面白い組み合わせですね、多分フランス人シェフもくは、イタリアのコックが、作り方を盗むぐらい、いい出来ですね。
