お肉に使うソースのルセットな！
今回はそれを使って『トンテキ』作ってみたよ。。
めっちゃ美味しくて簡単なソースなので是非トライナウ！

イエローまたはディジョンマスタード90g
蜂蜜90g
チャツネ220g
ウイスキー180cc
（スコッチとかでいい・オレはバーボン使うけどそこはお好みで）
ガーリックすりおろし20g
ローリエ1枚
鷹の爪1本
上記を鍋でわかすだけ！
めっちゃ簡単で色んなアレンジできるので
