【1週間の献立】作り置きをフル活用、忙しい朝でもできる腸活朝ごはん
“Miso soup with salmon pickled in nanban, dashimaki egg, okra namul natto, green onion and fried tofu.” This week, I’m going to make breakfast using the leftovers I made last time ^^. (See the summary section for the previous video of preparing your bowel movements 📝). This may be out of the blue, but I made dashi rolled eggs in white dashi, which I always make, but the other day I forgot to use a different kind of soy sauce than usual, so when I added the usual amount, it turned out to be quite salty. 💦. Even the same seasoning (soy sauce, mirin, sake, etc.) can taste completely different if it is made by a different manufacturer. No matter what recipe you use, feel free to use it as a reference and taste it with the seasonings you have and make it to your liking! . It was so salty that I wanted to reiterate that (lol). Relax and enjoy the next side dish ^^. I combined the pre-made okra salted malt namul with its sticky companion, natto. Today’s main dish is pre-prepared salmon pickled in nanban. In the summer, cold nanbanzuke that has been chilled in the refrigerator is delicious, but today we will be reheating it. A simple Monday breakfast that just needs to be plated. On Mondays, when I haven’t had the motivation to switch on yet, I feel the most grateful for making things in advance🙏. I like nanbanzuke because it has a crunchy texture, but it’s also delicious when it’s moist and flavorful. “Yogurt miso pickled silverfish, marinated mushroom salad, tofu hamburger with hijiki and edamame, bran pickles, wakame and green onion miso soup.” Marinade can also be used as a dressing on salads. A rice bran bed that I have been growing for many years. Actually, I ruined it in the winter. I stopped eating rice bran pickles for a few months after that, but I started missing them so much that I started them again recently. Have a delicious rice bran bed☆ Today’s pickled silverfish marinated in yogurt and miso. Lightly sprinkle with miso and then grill. Are yogurt and miso delicious? Some of you may be wondering, but thanks to the two fermented foods, it eliminates the fish odor and increases the flavor components, making it very delicious ^^. The power of fermentation to make food delicious and good for your health is amazing! . “Sticky rice bowl”. Today is a big gathering of gooey ingredients! . Irresistible for sticky lovers♪ Natto, Japanese yam marinated in soy sauce and malt, okra with salt malt namul, Japanese-style marinated mushrooms, mekabu, and kimchi. It’s perfect when topped with hot spring eggs. It’s a perfect menu for when you’re eating alone, as it’s very easy to make and just add some pre-made ingredients . “Tofu hamburger sandwich”. Today’s sandwich is made with hijiki and edamame tofu hamburger. Spread mustard on the bread. (Use whatever you like, like mayonnaise or butter ^^). Lettuce, tofu hamburger, tomato, marinated carrot. Create vivid ingredients while imagining the cross section when cut. Place plenty of ingredients in between and wrap tightly with parchment paper. Leave it for a while and let it blend in. Perfect cross section♪ Even Japanese side dishes can be made Western-style with a little ingenuity. When you make ahead of time, you tend to keep having the same side dishes over and over again, so try to find ways to enjoy them without getting bored. As usual, I found myself eating two of the hearty sandwiches (lol). “Quinoa vegetable soup, walnut bread”. A simple breakfast of soup and bread. The soup is packed with vegetables and will fill your stomach. When I’m on a diet, my go-to menu is to make 2-3 days’ worth of vegetable soup and eat it for dinner.
