作り方はね、18cmのケーキ型を1台分で、
①パイを焼く。
オーブンを200℃に予熱して、常温で15分ほど解凍した冷凍パイシート（1枚、18cm×18cmのもの）を麺棒で24cm×24cmに伸ばし、底の抜けるケーキ型に高さが5cmになるように生地をちぎってくっつけて敷き、上から重石をのせて、オーブンの中段で15分焼く。焼き終ったら、取り出して、今度は230℃に予熱する。
②キッシュの中身を作る。
フライパンにバター（30g）を熱し、中火にしてベーコン（5枚）・玉ねぎ（1/4個）・よく洗って水気を切ったほうれん草（1/2束）・胡椒（少々）で玉ねぎがしんなりするまで炒め、ボウルに移してかき混ぜて粗熱をとる。大体冷めたら、卵（2個）・顆粒コンソメと砂糖（各小さじ1/4）・胡椒（少々）・生クリーム（200㏄）・粉チーズ（大さじ3）を混ぜる。
③キッシュを焼く。
パイの上にキッシュの中身を流し入れ、ピザ用チーズ（80g、動画では100ｇと言ってますが80ｇがベストです！！）をのせて、具を引き出して、230℃のオーブンの中段で30分焼く。途中パイが焦げそうになったら、15～20分ほどでホイルを上からかぶせて、焼けたら、型のまま30分ほどおいて味をなじませ、切り分けて食べる。
☆ポイント☆
①キッシュのコクを出すには、バター、生クリーム、粉チーズ、砂糖です！！どれも大事です。
②ベーコンやバター、粉チーズの塩分があるので、塩は入れません。
③生地は高さ5cmにすると、卵液がもれず生地が焦げません。
④焼けたら30分おくと、味がなじんで切り分けやすくなります。
