i made Sweet Potato shaped candies with real sweet potatoes;)
it’s sweet,sweet potato and cinnamon and sesame flavors and taste is so nice!
making potatoes with potatoes is strange, isn’t it ? but we often see it at Japanese sweets shops in this season.and they are so yummy!
although not candy,Japanese sweet potato is very sweet,but espacially anouimo is stand out for sugar content,if you come to japan in this season or winter,try japanese style roasted sweet potatoes called “Yaki-imo”

100g shiroan(sweet white bean paste)

cookie dough
50g granulated sugar
90g flour
10g purple potato powder
40g egg
a pinch of salt
1-2g cinnamon powder
