It goes very well with raw vegetables, so please enjoy it with plenty of summer vegetables. Here are the nutrients this time. This number is only for the soboro. Recipe 1/2 amount of nutrients. Does not include raw vegetables and eggs. Fry the onions, garlic and minced meat, then add ketchup and soy sauce and entangle the whole. It is a simple menu that can be completed with one frying pan. I’ll add garlic this time, but it’s also delicious to use ginger instead. You can also add Worcestershire sauce instead of soy sauce. Cheese goes well, so it’s delicious to mix in pizza cheese just before the last turn off. Today’s flow 3 steps. First, prepare the materials. Finely chop the onions and garlic and sprinkle the minced meat with salt. Then fry. Fry all the ingredients and finally entangle the ketchup. When the whole is mixed evenly, it’s done. This menu is very easy to make. Now, I will explain how to make it. First, let’s cut the onions. Use 100g of onions. This time I’m using a small onion, so I’m using one. Take the core and chop it. Cut the garlic as well. Garlic is 10g. Again, peel and chop the core. The same is true when using ginger. Please chop it. Sprinkle salt on the minced meat Put the minced meat in a bowl, add 5 ml of salt, and entangle it all over, being careful not to knead it. Let’s fry it. I am using a 28cm frying pan this time. Heat the frying pan to warm the oil. Add garlic and onions, reduce and heat on medium heat. Fry until the onions are soft and slightly brown with a nice garlic aroma. Add the minced meat. Instead of mixing it all the time, spread it all over and leave it for a while, then mix it occasionally. Fry until the color of the meat changes. Since it uses minced meat, it produces a lot of fat. When the color of the meat changes, discard all excess fat. This time, I wiped it off with kitchen paper, but since the amount of fat is large, I wipe it off with 3 to 4 sheets of paper. You can take it out to a bowl or something. If this is left as it is, the finish will be greasy, so avoid excess fat. Let’s add seasonings. Add 75g of tomato ketchup and 7.5ml of soy sauce and fry. Fry until the seasoning is evenly blended and the ketchup is cooked and the acidity is removed. You can use Worcestershire sauce instead of soy sauce. When the color is uniform throughout, it’s done. It’s delicious even when it’s cold, so it’s also suitable for lunch boxes. Serve in a bowl Prepare your favorite vegetables This time, we are preparing okra, tomatoes, cucumbers, avocados, and lettuce. Finely chopped is easier to eat with minced meat. In the video, it is cut a little larger. I want to add a fried egg, so let’s bake the egg in another frying pan. Heat the frying pan, spread the oil, and insert the egg. Shake a pinch of salt and bake until the whites are solid. Place the raw vegetables and soboro in a bowl and top with the fried egg in the middle.
