この日は在宅勤務、パスタが食べたくて

朝起きて、仕事までの間に準備→お昼休憩でぱぱっとカルボナーラを作りました。

生クリームを使わず 卵とパルミジャーノチーズの簡単レシピ

濃厚過ぎないのでランチにもおすすめです。美味しくいただきました😋

[ 材料 ] 2人分
・パスタ 200gほど
・パルミジャーノ 50g
・ブラックペッパー 小さじ1ほど
・卵 3つ
・ウェーパー ほんの少し
・ベーコン 50g
・ブロッコリー 適量
・白ワイン 少々
・バター 30〜40g

動画でもふれましたが、フリーランスになるとほぼ在宅ワーク。

朝からの料理は楽しいですし、Youtubeの更新もがんばりたいと思います💪
