コストコで、久世福商店の七味なめ茸を購入しました。
このなめ茸は、コストコでとても人気のある商品のひとつです。
久世福商店の七味なめ茸は、七味で有名な八幡屋礒五郎の七味唐辛子を使用しているということです。
スーパーで普通買うような、100円程度のなめたけとは違い、えのき茸がたっぷりと入っているのが、久世福商店の七味なめ茸の美味しいところです。
えのき茸のシャキシャキとした良い食感を楽しむことができます。
食べてみると、出汁の良い風味と七味のピリッとした辛さがよく合うなめたけでした。
通常のなめ茸と比べると、出汁の味が強めに出ているかなという印象です。
炊きたてのごはんに乗せて食べるのはもちろん美味しいですし、納豆や冷奴などのトッピングとして加えてもとても美味しいです。
ラベルのところで紹介されているように、そばのトッピングとしても良いでしょう。

Kuzefuku Shoten’s Shichimi Name Mushroom uses Shichimi pepper from Yawataya Isogoro, which is famous for its seven flavors.
Unlike the 100 yen tanned mushrooms that you usually buy at supermarkets, the delicious part of Shichimi licked mushrooms at Kuzefuku Shoten is that they contain plenty of enoki mushrooms.
You can enjoy the crispy and good texture of enoki mushrooms.
When I tried it, it was a tanned dish with a good flavor of soup stock and the spicy spiciness of Shichimi.
