今回は鶏ガラや野菜の端材から出汁を取り、鶏団子もすべて1から手作りの栄養満点スープ🍲

I visited a public middle school in Saitama,Japan to see how school lunches are prepared!
This is vegetable chicken meatball soup, all vegetables are washed, cut and cooked by hand, the meatballs are made from scratch, and even the broth is made from chicken bone and vegetable scraps!
Japanese school lunches are designed to follow specific nutritional standards and have strict sanitary rules when making them.

当たり前なんだろうけど、卵の血の管理しっかりしてて流石だと思った。インスタとかで馬鹿みたいにひとつのボウルに卵割ってるの見て「あーぁ、1個でも血あったら全廃棄なのにバカかよ」ってずっと思ってたから👏
今思うと毎月ほぼ献立違って美味しくて栄養満点な給食毎日食べれるのって超幸せだったと給食無くなってから気づく

(Im from Germany) the thing is that in my school the Students Cook their own food, different classes every day that make the food but I think its crap that we only get a discount instead of a free Meal even tho we cooked it ourselves
