Ingredients:
• Mushrooms – 200-250 gm (sliced)
• Butter – 1½ tbsp
• Garlic – 4 cloves (finely chopped)
• Onion – 1 small (finely chopped)
• Cheese – 2 tbsp (grated, mozzarella or processed)
• Salt – to taste
• Black pepper – to taste
• Mixed herbs or chili flakes – optional (for topping)

Method:
1️⃣ Heat butter in a pan. Add chopped garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
2️⃣ Add onions and sauté until soft and light golden.
3️⃣ Add sliced mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Sauté on medium flame till mushrooms release water and cook down (5-6 mins).
4️⃣ Once cooked, add grated cheese. Mix till melted and creamy.
5️⃣ Sprinkle chili flakes or herbs if using. Serve hot!
