    【最強】飯がなくなる豚キムチ~Poke kimuchi~

    いつもの豚キムチが劇的に美味くなる最強の技を
    編み出しました!!

    ご飯も進んで、お酒も進む最強のスタミナ飯!!!!

    さぁ思いっきり『もみもみ』してください!!!!

    それでは今日も張り切ってLet’ーーーs Cooking!!!!
    =========================================
    ~材料~
    ◉豚バラ肉(焼肉用)×500ｇ
    ◉キムチ×320ｇ
    ◉玉ねぎ×半分
    ◉片栗粉×大さじ1
    ◉塩コショウ×少々
    ◉砂糖・醤油・ニンニクチューブ×適量

    ~レシピ~
    ○豚バラ肉を袋に入れて、塩コショウ・『キムチの汁』を入れて揉んで下味を馴染ませる。

    ○下味を付けた豚バラ肉に『片栗粉×大さじ1』加えてまぶしておく。

    ○玉ねぎを繊維に沿って、1cm幅で切る

    ○ゴマ油で豚バラ肉を焦げ目が付くまで炒める

    ○脂が出てきたらキッチンペーパーなどで取り除いて玉ねぎ・キムチを加えて炒める

    ○砂糖・醤油・ニンニクチューブを入れて水気が無くなるまで炒めたら完成

    ※脂が気になる方は、豚ロースや豚コマ肉でも同様に美味しく作ることが出来ます。

    ~Materials~
    ◉pork belly×500ｇ
    ◉kimuchi×320ｇ
    ◉onion×1/2
    ◉potato starch×1 tablespoon
    ◉salt and pepper×small quantity
    ◉sugar・SOY source・garlicTube×proper quantity

    ~Recipe~
    ○Put the pork belly in a bag and rub it with salt, pepper, and “kimchi juice” to blend the seasoning.

    ○Add 1 tablespoon of potato starch to the seasoned pork belly and sprinkle it over the meat.

    ○Cut the onion into 1 cm pieces along the fibers.

    ○Saute pork belly in sesame oil until browned.

    ○When the fat comes out, remove it with kitchen paper and add onions and kimchi and saute.

    ○Add sugar, soy sauce, and a tube of garlic and fry until the water is gone.

    ※If you are worried about the fat, you can make the same delicious dish with pork loin or pork chunks.
