The ingredients for tonpeiyaki are very simple and I will be making it with pork and cabbage. I will introduce how to make eggs fluffy and delicious. The ingredients are easy to find and very simple to make. I hope you’ll have a great time. Please have a look at it. Easy recipes at home First of all, here are the ingredients for tonpeiyaki. Here are the ingredients. Pork belly, cabbage, egg, water, mayonnaise, grated ginger, dashi stock, salt and pepper, salad oil, and these ingredients. First, the meat, this time I will use pork belly. As for this meat, you can use any part of meat you like. And the rest of the ingredients will be simply cabbage. And here’s the key to making the eggs. This time I will add mayonnaise to the egg mixture. Adding mayonnaise makes it very fluffy and soft. It also improves the color of the eggs. Next, here are the ingredients for the toppings. Here are the ingredients. Sauce, mayonnaise, red ginger, bonito flakes, aonori, and toppings will be used here. As for toppings, use whatever you like. I will immediately make it with these ingredients. Easy recipes at home Now let’s make it. First of all, we cut the cabbage for the ingredients. I will cut the cabbage into chunks. First I will cut off the core of the cabbage. Then I cut it into chunks as appropriate. The method that is easy to cut is OK. Can cut it any way you want. Cabbage is now OK. This is the core like this. It is a little hard, so I cut only this core part into thin slices. This will make it easier to eat. Try cutting only the ones you are interested in this way. Cabbage is now OK. Next, I cut up the pork belly slices. Let’s cut this one roughly 4-5 cm wide. After cutting this way, roughly, let it come apart by hand. Then season lightly with salt and pepper. Roughly done. Prepare the pork this way. Next, make the egg mixture. This time I will add mayonnaise to the egg mixture. If we add the mayonnaise directly into the egg mixture, it will become lumpy, so we first dissolve the mayonnaise in water. Put mayonnaise in another container. Then add just a little bit of water. It’s really just a little bit. And mix well. Gradually loosen the mayonnaise. When it loosens up a little, add just a little more. And let’s mix it. If it loosens up again, add it. Gradually increase the amount of water as well. When it becomes about this watery and shaggy, add all the remaining water. Then mix well. Mayonnaise is OK. This is how it is mixed properly so that it mixes nicely with the eggs. Now crack the eggs into another bowl. Once cracked, mix only the eggs thoroughly. Mixed. Then add the mayonnaise that was dissolved earlier. And mix well. OK. Mix well like this. The egg mixture is now ready. Easy recipes at home Next, the ingredients are stir-fried. First, salad oil in a frying pan. And then put it on the fire. First turn the oil all over. Oil is thin and ok. After roughly 30 seconds of warming, add the meat. The heat is medium. Then we fry the meat while breaking it up. Stir-fry as much as possible without overlapping. When meat is about 80% cooked, add cabbage. Then fry them together. The cabbage is quite bulky at first, so I think it is best to use a larger pan. When all the cabbage is coated with oil like this, add the dashi stock. Add grated ginger as well. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. And let’s fry. When cabbage is softened and cooked like this, it is ready. Then turn off the heat. Use salt and pepper at the end to taste. Then once you do that, this one goes out to the bat. Easy recipes at home I want to wrap it with an egg next. First, salad oil in a frying pan. Then put it on the fire. The heat is medium. Turn oil all over. I’m just trying to give you an idea of the size of the pan, but I think it should be about 22-23 cm. Once the pan is warmed up for about 30 seconds, we’ll add the egg mixture here. You can put them all in at once. It doesn’t sizzle yet, but it gradually hardens around it. The mixture is then brought to a semi-cooked state by moving it from the hardened part to the center. Try to keep the heat at medium to low-medium. Heat the mixture while peeling off the hardened portions like this and mixing them into the uncooked portions. Once the mixture becomes thick like this, turn off the heat. Now it looks like this. It’s just a little bit of surface shaking. It makes it about this semi-cooked. Then put the ingredients mentioned earlier in the middle. Put them in the middle like this. It’s ok with the fire still off. I’m going to stick it on the ingredients like this. Bring it in a little bit closer to the edge. Stick the eggs on the ingredients in the same way at the back. Like this. Then put it on the fire. The heat is medium. The eggs are brought to the edge from the front. Stick the edges together tightly one last time and shape it like this. Then turn off the heat and put it out on a plate. Have ho.
